I walked into this CC’s expecting a decent experience based on the 4.4 stars, and I have no idea how they earned that. It took five minutes just to get greeted, the salad bar was missing items, the ice machine was bone-dry, and the employees acted like urgency was optional. Food on the floor, empty buffet pans, and zero pride in what they were doing.
The final straw was when they couldn’t even find a fork for a $14 buffet. I got my refund and left. This place isn’t anywhere near a 4.4 — it’s a 2-star at best, and I won’t be back.

I asked someone for a To-go cup after getting the in restaurant ones and instead of getting me a regular sized one they gave me a kids one which is significantly smaller than the regular sized ones. Also I found a plastic shard in my pizza that kinda stank… Additionally, the environment was kinda loud.

I’ve always loved cicis! Growing up my family would always bring us, now being an adult still craving it, I would 100% recommend this location! They are always so clean, and its such an open space you never feel to close to all the kiddos! They always have fresh and hot food ready. I always will make the extra 20 minutes to come eat at this location !
