We got the classic old skoll roll and a build your own one, and they were both undercooked and doughy. We couldn’t even finish them.
I really had high expectations.

Kiyana was amazing. I rarely leave reviews but here we are. We went in less than a week before our wedding looking for vegan desserts and she literally created a mini platter for us to decide what we want!! And we ended up feeling really confident with what we had. She was upbeat, kind, and really went above and beyond for us.

My husband and I come to Cinnaholic about twice a week. We just met the owner and him and his staff are always so kind! They have the BEST edible cookie dough. Never had a bad experience or roll!

Came by for a birthday treat and absolutely loved it! They even gave us a free sample of pineapple dole whip since it was our first time in the store! Great service and fantastic cinnamon rolls, it’s called cinnaholic for a reason! Can’t wait to come and support this business as often as I can.
If you’re in the mood for something sweet and want something that’s got a lotta bang for your buck, this is the place!

I got the Cookie Monster Cinnamon roll, I can honestly say that I’ve had this same exact one at this location and it was great. I went a few minutes ago, without even opening the box. There’s way too much icing, it’s overpowered the taste, the cookie dough was extremely salty, I got an old School as well and the cinnamon roll its self was so dry I even tried reheating and it didn’t help. Honestly sad. I loved this place and referred so many people to go but its was a waste of money:( I couldn’t even eat it I got sugar sick 😭

We wanted a late night stack, but it was only 8pm. Found it on the Map. Went in and looked over the menu. The young man let us know he would be with us in a minute. We ordered, paid and left. It felt warmed up. By the time we ate it which was maybe 5 minutes later, you could see the toppings had melted off. The outside part was a little hard, but not too bad. Maybe from being warmed and then not warm any more. I signed up for points. We sat down outside at a table area. It was good. Would recommend and will eat there again.

Old Skool roll was tasty but made very hastily and messily. Cashier, who also made the roll, said about a single word during the whole interaction.

See I get it, this is not a healthy thing to eat.
Going for indulgence but man oh man, this ain’t indulgence, this is straight up sugar. I don’t taste any flavors mentioned, straight up sugar syrup extreme sickening sweetness where you can feel a cavity develop and your blood sugar rising into something unhealthy.
I urge this business to pleaseee go easy on the damn sugar man. They look so good but the taste is sickening, it gave me a headache and had to throw the whole thing away. I haven’t felt this terrible after taking 2-3 bites, in a long time .

This is the only place I ever meet with people that say, Hey I'll take you out for lunch / dinner / coffee!... No, we are gonna to to Cinnaholic... so amazing, every time, I just just love getting their Texas Pecan Pie Roll... I change the cream cheese frosting to half Hazelnut and half Creme Brulee! SO yummy!!! #veganrealtor

Love this place! Especially with not having to drive to Richardson.
Tiana, who created our cinnamon rolls, were top notch!
If you happen to go, make sure Tiana is there to make yours.

Horrible.... I got the cookie dough cinnamon roll and and it was insanely salty and overly sweet and heavy. The one plus side to this was the abundance of toppings, but other than that, this was a horrible experience. Wasted $10

You should open one in Boston!!!! The smell is fantastic, and I love that I could get cookie dough OR cinnamon buns.

The signature combinations are delicious and I love that I could also make my own!

I’m usually not the type to right reviews but this just irritated me. The worker seemed to be lazy and trying not to make any more cinnamon rolls idk. But tells me they ran out. How do you run out of cinnamon rolls and that’s the only thing you sell. Stupid

I got three buns for my coworkers. They were all stale and they totally skimped on the icing. I wish I had saved my money
