I ordered the night before a birthday cake with write up on it to come the next day and find out they have done nothing and said the person who decorate did not come, they should have called me that morning to better plan the birthday cake

The employee working tonight was absolutely wonderful! She took time to help look up and see if there was cinnamon in the waffle cone batter or not. Thankfully there is not! She was super kind, polite and helpful. We'll be back again.

I’m really disappointed to Cold Stone.I noticed that the staff handling mix-ins and ice cream were not wearing gloves, and there didn’t seem to be much attention paid to preventing cross-contact between ingredients. As someone with severe allergies, this was extremely alarming.
Unfortunately, the lack of proper food-safety practices led to a serious reaction for me, and I experienced symptoms that required immediate medical attention. It was a terrifying experience that could have been prevented with standard precautions like glove use and better sanitation.
I expect any food establishment—especially one that handles a lot of mix-ins and shared surfaces—to take allergies seriously. I hope this location improves its safety and hygiene protocols, because no customer should have to worry about something this dangerous. Also, a worker names asheesh was on the phone whilst handing ice cream. I expect better.

Do not come here! Their employee “Liki” assured us that our cake would be ready on time. We came back at the said time and date. We came in and the guy said “oh she finished only half of it so we don’t have it sorry” what the heck?!?! So now I have half a cake ready for my party.

It was just okay. They were out of the one reason I went: the birthday cake oreo taco. I ordered the Over the Rain Dough, and it was gross. I ordered a custom creation after and offered to pay, and the sweet staff member let me switch them out, which was super kind of her and very unexpected. The second order was much better than the first. My husband loved his blueberry banana smoothie though. He gave it a 10/10. My kids didn't love theirs. Overall, it was very meh, but the staff was top notch.

Avoid this place. I was hesitant to write this review for the kids working there but THIS Cold Stone Frisco is a joke. The waffle cones were so dry and stale, they could have doubled as cardboard. Worse — they had lint and god-knows-what stuck to them. Picture attached for reference. That’s not the only place there was lint or whatever that is. Absolutely nasty. The ice cream? freezer-burned, and tasted like it had been sitting around longer than the cones. This place clearly doesn’t care about quality, cleanliness, or customer experience. Save yourself the disappointment (and potential food poisoning)

This establishment is going downhill. Last 2 times I ordered, they messed up the order with the wrong ice cream. We liked their ice cream, so we did not complain. Tonight they did not have the ingredients, so we opted for a plain ice cream. When I asked them if they were going to adjust the price, they said no! Why would we support them again? So sad that their service are deteriorating so badly!

I reached out to report the issue and never received a response. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was frustrating. I’d recommend going to another location where they actually care about getting your order right and addressing concerns.

Seems like all bad reviews have been deleted. One of the worst cold stone outlet. Owner and employees are rude. They didn’t even bother to mention it is closed before closing time. Employees were busy laughing. Hope someone better comes to run this.

Most of the staff is great, attentive and they don't skimp out on any additions to the ice cream. Keep it up, consistency is the standard where most places fail.

Arvired at 9:55 and came to a closed shop with workers sitting on benchs. As I write this review I watched them sit on the bench until 10pm to leave. To have hours displayed and for them to not abide by them is wildly inconvenient. I will not be returning.

Go to a different location. I helped my 6 year old order. Then while I helped my 10 year old the person allowed my 6 year old to add marshmallows, gummy bears and sprinkles to his signature ice cream that was already suppose to have sprinkles and charged $3 more to do it. $1 for 3 gummy bears I pointed out. She said it was a scoop and held up a table spoon. Then my husband get peanut butter signature and they charged $2 for items that are supposed to be in the signature reciepy. Go to a different location.
