Arvired at 9:55 and came to a closed shop with workers sitting on benchs. As I write this review I watched them sit on the bench until 10pm to leave. To have hours displayed and for them to not abide by them is wildly inconvenient. I will not be returning.

Go to a different location. I helped my 6 year old order. Then while I helped my 10 year old the person allowed my 6 year old to add marshmallows, gummy bears and sprinkles to his signature ice cream that was already suppose to have sprinkles and charged $3 more to do it. $1 for 3 gummy bears I pointed out. She said it was a scoop and held up a table spoon. Then my husband get peanut butter signature and they charged $2 for items that are supposed to be in the signature reciepy. Go to a different location.

This newly open Cold Stone Creamery at 1710 FM 423 and Main Street in Frisco has quickly become a popular spot for ice cream lovers. I tried the cheesecake ice cream, and it was pretty good—rich and flavorful. The service was also a pleasant surprise; it was quick and excellent, making the experience even better.
Overall, Cold Stone in Frisco offers delicious ice cream with great service. It’s a solid choice for a sweet treat in the area

Got a birthday cake made for about 30 people . It was a large rectangular cake . It turned out amazing . They helped us select the flavors etc overall a great experience
Coffee & chocolate flavor are the best. All other flavors are pretty good, too.

Hands down my go to place for ice cream. I’ve tried all the places around here and they’re all good, but cold stone is cold stones for me. It’s heavy. It’s creamy. It’s fast. Just everything I want in my indulgence moment?

If you have a coupon, be sure to bring the whole flyer/mailer on which it was printed. Tried to use a BOGO coupon (pictured) and the manager refused to honor it, saying I needed to bring in the whole flyer/mailer. Weird, right? That’s not reflected anywhere on the flyer and if that’s the case, they should remove the dashed lines where you would typically cut out a coupon.Ice cream was great. It’s just more than I wanted to have paid for it.

I love cold stone, but it’s getting more and more disappointing over time. When they first opened the store, the 3 pint ice cream was $17 and they use to put a good amount of toppings. And will fill up the container all the way. Now it is $22, they fill up 3/4 of the container, and now they barely put any toppings. It looks sad, it’s getting ridiculous.

I am not writing this after my first visit I go there every week as I love ice cream. First couple times I was very satisfied with the service and employees were nice. May be that’s because I went on evenings. But from last few times when I am going there on afternoon, don’t know why there’s only one employee working in store every time, there was huge line and they are also getting online orders I guess. By seeing line others walked out and even me.I love their ice cream and like the way how they treat customers. But this the only thing stopping me.

**Update**In response from Cold Stone Creamery stating a customer should request ice cream to be mixed in a separate bowl, how would a customer know to request that when all surfaces should be cleaned at all times after each use? I've ordered there NUMEROUS times and never had an issue. If a company is gonna apologize, then apologize! Don't try to place blame on the customer because your employees didn't practice cleanliness!!I wish I could give 5 stars but they wasted my money and made my ice cream wrong! I ordered a quart of apple pie a la mode with caramel apple ice cream and when I got home and ate some days later, I tasted peanut butter throughout the ice cream. I'm allergic to peanut butter so I had bad reactions! I wasted 16.99!! Please learn to clean the utensils and counters after EACH use!

Gracie was amazing. She helped me out a few weeks ago and I have been so busy I haven’t been able to leave a review. She officially helped me put the RIP to Baskin Robbins. I was looking for Baskin Robbins but couldn’t find it and ended up at the cold stone. Gracie was a superstar and very knowledgeable and friendly. Lucky to have had her serve me my ice cream

Excellent choice for a higher quality dessert run. 4 stars due to my order not being delivered curbside, and a lack luster customer service experience. It’s as if no one wanted to help me when I walked into the store. I am all about service with a smile and positive attitude. It could have been much better. My shake made up for the poor service.
