The people in this store were rude. Did not acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes and we were the only customers.

I don't think you can go wrong with any Coldstone! The young lady at this location was very sweet and even helped me with a recommendation. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Went in for a chocolate covered Rocky Mountain apple. Quality not anything like the original store. Did not look or taste like the original quality chocolate either. Packaged in a paper lunch bag not a gift box with ribbon as the original store by Stonebriar. Won’t be back.

I recently placed a large order for caramel covered apples from this locations Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for a community event. The staff here went above and beyond ensuring that my order was correct and handed to me in a timely manner. The staff and manager displayed excellent customer service and overall the caramel apples were a hit!

We got both a smaller sugar cone and larger waffle cone. Both were stale. The only reason I get ice cream while out, instead of at home is the cone. Really disappointing.

DO NOT GO HERE for the rocky mountain chocolate factory! The chocolate is stale and has a very strange/old taste to it. We got 3 truffles and a pretzel and all of them were stale. For the amount of money you are paying go somewhere else!

I wanted very much to like the ice cream. I had to wait for 30 minutes past pickup time. There were quality issues that left my choice inedible. The other two orders were as expected but no one seemed to finish even half of their treat. When I make ice cream every eats to the last drop... so no I won't be spending 40.00 for 3 ice cream here again.
