Let's start with the staff...very pleasant and kind. No complaints there. The place is quite large and very clean. We were a large group of 6, which included a couple of kids and the waiter was very patient with them. The food was fine, that's the only reason I'm rating a 3. I think I had higher expectations and it was good but I would say average. They also messed up one of our orders but they did fix it. Hard to say if id go back and give it a second shot but we will see.

Received a delivery from this location. Kids size meal ~ yep starving. I have had previous orders that were so much better. This was cold not even slightly warm. Very disappointed in the service. RESPONSE TO MGR: Not sure what else I can provide you. Look at the picture and tell me if you would be happy paying $20 plus delivery for that meal.

The food was cooked to order just the way I like it, keep up the good work.

The service and atmosphere ok. Table was sticky. Fried bacon appetizer lacked any seasoning. Ordered fried flounder, received baked flounder. Pork medallions were very tough. This was after being reassured before ordering they would be tender and juicy. Macaroni in the Mac and cheese was undercooked. Borderline hard. The grilled fish, although not what was ordered, was good. The chicken and dumplings had a good amount of tender chicken. Rolls were eh. The cinamon apples were the best item we had. Overall a subpar experience. I would not recommend

Ordered meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, baked squash and and extra side of green beans. On top of paying $25.00 dollars for it. The potatoes were cold and didn’t get the green beans. While sitting and waiting on my food I witnessed an employee who was leaving for the day grab a roll with her hands with no glove. Another employee scratched his head with the little black container in his hand and then put butter or something in it and placed it on the plate. The next employee must of had a runny nose because he wiped his nose with his hand and then went and picked up food and took to the customer. He also grabbed a roll from the warmer with same hand. This was on Sunday the 24th of March at 5:00pm. With this being said I will never eat at this place again.

We got there and the host sat us. We waited over 10 minutes and no one had greeted us at the table. We saw many waiters and waitresses walking around and looking at us. We gave everyone at least another 10 seconds to say well be right with you. No one came to say anything! I could understand if they were busy but they weren't. We went to walk out and a server with curly hair grabbed our menus and walked to the front to put them up. As a former co worker this behavior is completely unacceptable.

Wow! I am so impressed with how good the food was that I just received! Just moved to the area, so happy to know I can get some good food like this when I don’t feel like cooking. 10/10!

If I could give this place NO zeros I would, this was my first time ordering here, but a friend recommended saying it was good, specifically bragged about the skillet cornbread. One big bite into it and I get a mouthful of RAW cornmeal and it was burnt on the outside. They sent rolls also so I tried them and omg, mouthful of raw dough!! Spent almost $50 and lost my appetite completely. I will NEVER order from this place again, called and was not able to speak with the manager Jessica, she was too busy!

Worst Cotton Patch we have ever eaten at. Server was John who acted like he could care less. And there were only 4 other tables filled in the entire restaurant. Food was cold, had to ask for warmer rolls, John did not refill our glasses, and the partitions were filthy with fingerprints. To say this was a bad experience is an understatement.

We sat for 10 minutes without even having an order for drinks taken while people who we seated after us had already had drinks and a order taken and seated behind and infront were tended to while we sat

I've been here before. Food is fine. Last time in though was a bad experience. There were several tables(5-6) taken when we were seated. We waited 6-8 minutes looking over the menu and chatting. None of the wait staff even spoke to us, so we got up and left. Do better.

Didn't get to read all the reviews for this place, but not sure why the rating is as low as it is here. First off, the service was great! Our server was very attentive and always brought out refills before we even finished them. Very friendly! On to the food. We started off with the fried green tomatoes and they were very tasty. I got the bacon avocado burger and I mean, look at the picture! It almost looks like those burgers in commercials, so perfect and true, but never look like that in person. Well, I don't think this burger would look as good in a commercial as it did in real person. The taste just matched it! Lots of avocado! Better half had the chicken fried chicken with the macaroni and mashed potatoes. This is where the one star was deducted. I got a taste of the mashed potatoes and they were super dry and hard. Macaroni was flavorless as well. Chicken was good but not great. Place wasn't crowded and it was an early dinner, so we may try it out again at some earlier time to see how those potatoes improve, if at all.

We can always count on phenomenal food at excellent prices at the Frisco Cotton Patch. Our favorite veggies are the baked squash casserole and broccoli rice casserole.

food is good. service is always terrible. Waiter this time kept forgetting everyone's drink orders and refills. We got our food and he never came back around until we were done. When he finally came back I kindly requested ketchup, he replied "for what?" I thought I hopefully misunderstood him so I said "could I get some ketchup please" which he again said "for what?" rude and bad service. First time I've never tipped at a dine in restaurant.
