Ordered 2 desserts which plainly are listed for $5.50 each on the menu board... as opposed as being charged $11 - I was charged $13, amount 20% more.
I don't know if the employees are stealing or what, but not a good thing.
It was so nice to stop by this evening for ice cream. I forgot how amazing their shakers are. Thanks for generously topping off my treat with some super toasty marshmallows š©µ.

There is no ice cream it all melted and its just 0.3 miles away and top of it, it tastes disgusting. Brownie is like rock hard and canāt even bite and also didnāt understand whether i ordered brownie ice cream with toppings or toppings with brownie ice cream

12/21/24. We stopped by this place on our way back from the Star. The pictures of the ice cream on the outside of the building looked great, so we decided to go in and give it a try. Big mistake! The ice cream was below average. We ordered the Reese Witherspoon. I have had better ice cream from Walmart. The toppings were horrible and it left a nasty after taste. Not to mention that it was way overpriced. Keep your money and go to Dairy Queen or local grocery store. We wonāt make this mistake again.

Wasnāt planning to eat ice cream but it just looked too good! I got the Nola and hubs got the sāmores and we were both very happy with our choices. The lady that made it was friendly and helpful, I wish Iād gotten her name cuz she clearly made it with love. It was great! Wish I lived in Frisco to come back all the time.

This place is so good! The variety of options is great to create the perfect soft serve! (Even if it did take me 20 minutes to finally order lol) The service was very friendly and inviting, and quick too! Shoutout to Rowyn for helping me decide what I wanted!

Tiny little place. Birthday shake was super icy with little to no flavor. Only one person working behind the counter.

Death by Chocolate is the only way to die, I say. ? It was good ice cream and it was chock full of goodies. I had the most wonderful service here. The two ladies on shift were great (30th April, 3pm). I have read about some bad service but not today and I do hope these ladies get recognised.

If you like ice cream, you've got to try this place. It's the best you'll ever have. I like a lot of syrup, sauce, and extras on my sundae, but everywhere I go, I have to ask for extra. They never put enough on there.Cow Tippimg Creamery uses the perfect amount of sauces and crunchies. The peanut butter sundae is out of this world. My only complaint is that the Girl Scout cookie sundae was a limited time special. It was so good that I'd order it every time if it was still available.
Parking: It's easiest to park in front of the Dallas Cowboys pro shop.

On April 6 I got ice cream there about 30 minutes prior to closing. I experienced a girl with dark hair and emo makeup roll her eyes as we walked in. I also read this was a shared experience from another review. She then proceeded to lock the door with 12 minutes prior to close. I witnessed more than 30 people walk up wanting ice cream, and estimating a scoop of ice cream is $5 roughly that business lost about $200 minimum, I guarantee more. As groups started banging on the door, 2 male employees went to attempt to open the door and the female began VISIBLY arguing with them throwing her hands up and yelling at them. The male employees then opened the door and serviced the customers as the other girl did not make ice creams and stood there angrily. It was enraging to witness such lack of respect for an employers business and an attitude over doing a simple job of just serving SOFT served ice cream. She was a nightmare to deal with having a horrible attitude and reflects poorly for a business that has worked so hard to be in such a central area that I assume is costly to maintain. Hope the owners reconsider this employees position at the company. Despite the ice cream being delicious she ruined the entire experience!!

Decent ice cream, but horrendous costumer service as the workers are young and extremely unprofessional. On Saturday the 6th of April, two days before the eclipse and a prom night + weekend, I was with a small group and we came in 25 minutes before closing and were greeted by two male workers and a dark haired, dark eyeliner clad female worker, all in their teens. The female worker gave an eye roll as we walked in. We got our food no issue and we were eating it on the bench outside. For about 5 minutes, one or two groups walked in and after a somewhat large group entered, the female worker locked all the doors and turned off the open sign, roughly at 9:50 under 10 mins before closing hour, locking a group in while they ordered. After she locked it, a couple in prom outfits showed up and were unable to gain entry and eventually walked away defeated. Then a group of 8-10 boys in prom suits tried to get in and failed as well. Multiple other groups came, about 10-15 people in total attempted and failed at gaining entry with just minutes before closing time. Finally, a demanding group of boys were banging on the window when the kinder, curly haired male worker let them gain entry. Iām sure the company lost out on a decent bit of money. Being disrespectful and denying entry just so the closing process is 10 minutes faster is an attitude that I am sure the owner would not want in their business.
