Chicken and brisket was great. Enchiladas were great. Dessert needs work. I'm from Louisiana and that peach cobbler was not peach cobbler. Overall the staff was very nice and I'd eat there again.
Very disappointed when we visited here as it was my first time. I am extremely allergic to pecans, and had to ask what kind of wood they smoke their chicken on, as pecan wood will give me a severe reaction. When we asked, they acted like they didn’t care. I got a “I don’t know” answer and then they said “local wood.” Local wood tells me nothing, and their careless attitude was disappointing. They said there was no way for them to find out what kind of wood. I was hoping for more of a caring attitude to try and figure it out, but they didn’t.
