The young lady who helped me was extremely nice it was my first time and she really helped me a lot. I wish I would have taken her suggestion to work my way up to the burn heat level. The first bite was very deceptive it was flavorful and absolutely delicious then the heat came in waves it was so good I kept going and next time I’ll get hot or mild to say the least. Better than Dave’s hot chicken in my opinion they have several options and I will definitely go back. I got the Joey fries and a chicken sandwich and they were absolutely delicious I wish I got a lower heat level for my fries I literally couldn’t handle the heat but 10/10!! Oh tender was so big it was popping out of the sandwich I had to take a pic!!

The chicken tenders had good flavor, though the application of the Nashville hot seasoning left something to be desired. Rather than being evenly tossed, the seasoning appeared to be sprinkled on the top and bottom, resulting in most of the heat and flavor concentrated in the center of each piece rather than throughout. Additionally, the ranch sauce lacked the expected creaminess, coming across a bit too watery to complement the spice. Still, the overall quality of the food was decent, with freshness and temperature standing out as highlights

I was dying to have a juicy slider! So did I get. The staffs are friendly but the only thing I didn’t find out great was they didn’t have any hand sanitizer! But they do have basin & washroom. Overall my experience was good other than having a bad stomach day lol I still gave 4 stars because the meat was halal.

We are from Houston, but I travel to Plano regularly for business and have been wanting to try them out. Roy and Alfonso were AMAZING! Roy took the time to go over the menu options with me and let me know what the most popular options were. The restaurant was clean, smelled great and the service was IMPECCABLE! I'll definitely be back to see them. Hopefully Roy and Alfonso will be here again! Oh! And the crimson sauce is soooooo good!

I really appreciate the fact that you guys give chances to young people to work. However the two times I came here I had problems both of the times. There's a lack of professionalism behind the counter. It's not intentional though. You guys should have an adult here and train them better. Today I made an order apparently in the middle of a big catering order probably. I've become very late for work. Last time I don't remember what the problem was however I had to get a refund. This time I should have gotten a refund as well. This is the last time I'm coming over here.
I'm also in business and I know how difficult it is to get real five Star reviews. There's an obvious pattern. All the bad reviews are given by people that have established accounts. All the good reviews are given by people that have only given three or four reviews. Shame on you guys.
