Ordered a burger and chocolate milk shake in drive up. One car at the window, was moving out. I got the milk shake in 30 sec, the burger in over 15 minutes. The burger was handed to me in a sack, commented sorry for the wait. At home, gave the burger to my wife. She said it’s the worst she’d ever had, no taste. I looked at the meat, it was very well done one side, black on the other. Now I know what took so long. Looks like no more DQ on Teal for this house.

I arrived over an half an hour before the restaurant closes according to the hours on google. The door was locked with no sign indicating the dining room is closed. My five year old tugged at the door while every employee ignored us. They were only taking drive thru orders. What a ridiculous concept.

Super friendly staff (we went in the evening on 2/21), and very good food. Some of the best fries I have had in a long time.
They are definitely having management issues. They can't get their basic systems down for just delivering food. I don't know if the management there just hate their jobs and it's time for them to move on or if it goes higher up and the entire system is just failing. Either way, it's clear no one is in charge and no one cares. Only way to fix it would be just to start completely over with a new team and new managers and burn everything down they were doing before.Parking: n/a

Goodness, we have had the worst experiences here, but the jalitos are so unexeptable. Both orders again were given to us plus the cost for extra ranch.
Took my grandma to get her favorite for the cold weather treat she loves them chicken an dumplings hot treat for the cold. The drive thru was empty so everything went fast , best part was her smile. Love my grandma treat your love one to something

The gentleman at the register named Owen, was extremely professional and polite. HORRIBLE employee staff!. Walked in for a bite with my 4 and 2 year old. I KID YOU NOT, one of the ladies in the back approached my 2 year old daughter asking her to "start doing the dishes", though she was making racial jokes I ignored her to give the benefit of the doubt. Along with the Halloween decorations my children were complimenting, the SAME LADY starts yelling at my 2 year old daughter for holding a pumpkin that was sitting on the counter, as I gracefully gave it back... Figured there shouldn't be a problem with a child holding a pumpkin?? After enjoying their kids meal, my children approached the counter for their Free ice creams. BELIEVE THIS!! SAME LADY, gets knee-level with my 2 year old (literally 1 foot away from my daughters face) & as soon as I get up to see the issue... MY DAUGHTER TURNS BACK WALKING TO ME AND STARTS CRYING HYSTERICALLY!!! After my daughter tried to ask for her ice cream, the lady acted very mean and unprofessional with my children. WILL BE TAKING THIS UP WITH THE MANAGER ASAP! *Parents Be Aware*

It's like a better McDonald's and i prefer the bacon cheeseIt's also really cheap it also has small wait lines like smaller than McDonald's and they make your food really fast so I suggest that you try it
