Service was horrible. Manager came over and said he would take care of items on our bill after a new server came to take care of us. Some time later, our previous server came and paid us out and said we were good to go. We got up to leave and the other server came over saying we still needed to pay. I suddenly had 2 bills, 2 servers, and zero communication. Will not be back.

My family of 4 sat at a booth and wasn't sure if we have to notify a server. My husband went to the bar and spoke to a girl and she said yes (it was her section) he came back to the table. I watched her walk around the corner look at us and turn around. We proceeded to wait 10 minutes for a drink order to be taken and she never came back. We got up and walked past the bar. She was just standing there doing nothing. Very rude to be made aware of someone sitting in your section and never going to the table. We already spent $80 on games and would of spent more getting dinner and drinks. Never trying to eat here again.

D&B is always a fun time with friends and family. Most recently went for a work event and the food was awesome! We had their catered BBQ. Of course the games turn me into a kid again!

Great place to hang out and watch some games. We had a birthday party for my granddaughter and it was a lot of fun. Awesome waiter. Really like the atmosphere and the service we received. Food is good but typical bar food.

Great to find a place to see UFC without all of the riffraff of the others sports bars! The food was great and the service at the bar spectacular!

Walked in around 5pm and could not find any one willing to help us order. We were there for over 10 minutes and the wait staff and manager just walked by. I tried to get there attention but they just walked by. There was two other couples there eating in the whole place.

Great experience! We had a group of 10 kids and 4 adults. Our waitress was attentive, quick and kind. Food came out really fast and everything we ordered was delicious!

Our Server was very good. He was so attentive. He saw that my son was trying to watch the A&M game on his phone because it wasn't being shown on the tv's. He turned the game on for us. We were so appreciative!!

Nobody at the service desk to take our reservation or give info, and barely any clientele - just several people clustered around the one bartender. We waited at the front for a few minutes, then walked around inside and didn't see anyone dining, or any wait staff besides those that were walking from one closed door to another and avoiding eye contact. This place died a long time ago and nobody told the owner.

Awesome big screens for watching a game. 10 for $10 wings during nfl games is a good deal.

Dave and Buster's may be an arcade, but it is so much more. The food is actually amazing, the games are great fun for all ages, and the bar service is top notch.

From the moment we walked into Dave & Buster’s Frisco, the customer service stood out—friendly and accommodating hosts was mid, and the servers checked in frequently with smiles. The food and entertainment value was good: the burgers and appetizers arrived hot and well‑seasoned, and the arcade offered a great mix of classic and new games that kept us entertained all night . The ambiance is lively and energetic, with a vibrant sports‑bar feel . As for value, the Eat & Play combos and happy hour plus wed specials deliver solid bang for your buck.
