Before everything, this restaurant owner harasses his employees, sent a employee to buy something from Frisco to Dallas in the middle of Dallas evening rush hour, and blame on the employee for being late!Why wasn’t he ready for everything before opening the restaurant?I won’t visit this place entire my life, cuz that kind of owner attitude, don’t need to experience with putting my effort.

Ordered Mutton Haleem and Chicken Boti Kabob to go. Haleem was rich and yummy. The Chicken Boti Kabob was tasteless, The restaurant name is Deccan Grill and they should have the best grill items. The kabob tastes like boiled chicken.

I don’t have to give 0 star option. I placed my order over the phone and went to the restaurant to pick it up. But my order they misplaced to someone and they answered so recklessly simple saying we are out of your order. I am totally disappointed of the service. The lady who is in front desk is so reckless to answer. I don’t recommend this place anymore. BEWARE OF YOUR ORDERS.

I am so angry. The Biryani is bad, the haleem is just salt mixed with goat curry.Worst of all, very very rude reception girl. She first sent me a diet coke instead of Coca Cola. She said it’s your mistake not mine and cut the phone on my face.

We ordered mutton biriyani family pack and its not mutton biriyani , its not even pulao.. its yellow rice mixed with ginger garlic paste. Whoever this owner is, he or she doesn't have ethics. They just wants to make money in the name of deccani hyderabadi biriyani... shame on u guys for keeping spoiling deccan name.... if you are not capable enough to serve hyderabadi biriyani, remove your name as Deccan Grill and put it as Yellow rice ginger garlic Grill..

Would not even give 1 star fr. We ordered mutton haleem the first thing it was cold and was not as they said “HYDERABADI HALEEM” and second thing they didn’t change the price and the cashier was soo rude n weird talking about the price like if they working they have to change or talk to their managers and give a good customer service duh ?the two girls were not even giving any customer service no greeting’s nothing and on that they are not even cleaning the floor just sitting and chitchatting.

Worst Hyderabad Mutton Dum biryani I have ever tasted! Bought a medium tray Hyderabad mutton dum biryani and it was a waste of money! No salt, full of masala and pieces that are barely cooked. Could not eat and $50+ went straight into trash! Called them and asked, all they said was “oh, sorry !”. Never going back again to Deccan Grill ever!

We went especially for haleem and it’s a disaster. There is no mutton in the haleem and all they had is too much of floor in it which is tasteless and they charge you like 18$ a plate.
