Real good fresh from grandma's kitchen southern cooking. The chicken fried steak was crispy and tender a little under seasoned for my taste but delicious the biscuits were flacky and buttery. All and all I can't wait to come back.

Prison tier, obviously microwaved, old looking food. Not worth eating. I’m deeply confused by the good reviews. The eggs looked brown, the patties were hard as a rock and tasted worse, the pancakes obviously came from a bag or something. Genuinely seems like prison food, I’m upset I even ate any let alone paid for it

We tried the omelette with cheese along with jackfruit tacos and gluten free chocolate chip pancakes and everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend the chocolate chip pancakes.

Simple home cooking. But please don't go, I want to keep this place a secret so the word doesn't get out about how good this place is. Don't want the crouds, don't want the waits or have to make reservations. I just want good food at good prices and to eat in a lovely surounding without a million people.

Looking at the exterior and interior I didn’t expect the prices to be as high as they were .I got grilled cheese & fries but they used that cheap fake cheese and looks like it only had one slice only/not enough cheese. Price did not match the quality . Smelled bad inside. First and last time here. I highly recommend another breakfast place literally 1 minute away from here that has better prices, quality, etc. at 5th street patio cafe , they charge $10.99 for eggs meat potatoes and two pancakes .

We really enjoyed breakfast! We ordered and paid at the counter and fixed our beverages. In no time, our meals were brought out, hot and delicious! We’ll go back! Staff is friendly!!!
We’ve lived in Frisco for 5 years and can’t believe it took us this long to try Depot Café! Such an amazing spot with the friendliest staff and a great hometown feel. Even with all the Main St construction chaos, they’re still busy, which says a lot. We’ll definitely be back soon for breakfast!

I was near The Depot Cafe when I saw the police pull up and start talking to some folk (appeared like day laborers) that had come out of the restaurant. I hung around nearby to make sure that they were okay. When I went to talk to the people to make sure they were okay, apparently the owner of this establishment had called the police on them after they had dined there. They informed me that that they had dined at the Depot Cafe for years, giving this man business. They also said they have helped him in the morning to unload drinks yet he now called the police on them and forced them to show green cards. THIS IS RACIAL PROFILING AND I WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING THIS CAFE. PERIOD.
