We had an amazing experience at Desi Bites Frisco. The food was awesome, and staff was super friendly. We tried pav bhaji, indo-chinese, chaat and pani puri. All the items were really tasty! And the Irani Chai was to die for! A must-try 😊

I had an awful experience at this place. The hygiene is terrible—I found hair in my food, which is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service was just as bad. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and dismissive.
My brother had a pickup through Too Good To Go and had reserved a surprise bag, not an appetizer bag. However, the staff gave him an appetizer bag instead, even though it wasn’t what he reserved. When we pointed this out, they didn’t seem to care at all.
This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is shocking. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Couple of bucks wasted but will never give this restaurant any further business.

Here at Desibites frisco we like yummy food biryanis, noodles , fried rice, kebabs, few of front snacks and their weekend specials. Started liking their new biryanis but only one thing that they have poor customer service because of one guy.
We were having food on Sunday and keenly observing that one beard glasses guy was so rude from the front staff and showing his tantrums on the customers. Very loud , very aggressive behavior towards everyone. With this attitude How come he is in this job first of all??
