The manager here has a very strange attitude. This place is falling apart. I would rather drive few miles ahead to the other location at Prosper to have my meal. This store smelled musty and mouldy. The guy that handled our food was liter coughing into our meal plates. People get sick but hey you need to cover up. when we brought this to manager's attention all she did was offer us a cookie. Disgusting!!

First time trying Dickey’s and I was super disappointed. Got wings bc the price for brisket was way too expensive - even more than a lot of local smokehouses. Wings were definitely just frozen and fried - meat is pretty dry.

This has to be the worst Christmas dinner ever. The green beans were super spicy with pepper and had some kind of chemical smell. The stuffing I can't even describe please see attached picture. The smell on this stuffing was indescribable. The ham was the only thing that was edible. I'm a couple days late putting this review as I had food poisoning. Will never eat again.

The manager, Melissa, is a pathological liar! Last month a to-go order of mine was missing items. When I called to inform the store of the mishap, the manager, Melissa, insisted she refund my full order despite my request to only have a partial refund for the missing items. I was actually pleasantly surprised as exemplary customer service seems to be declining in recent years. Melissa said I could expect a refund in a few business day, and that was that. Fast forward three weeks later, I noticed on my cc statement the refund was never made. I called Melissa and she apologized, saying they were unable to credit refunds back to original cards. She then said she would overnight a gift card and to expect it in a few business days. Fast forward another two weeks and still no card. I called, again, and Melissa said the owner should have already mailed the gift card but he/she may have forgotten as they were going on vacation. She then said she’d personally mail the card herself that day and took my contact info and address again. When I called three days later she said she did, in fact, mail it but the receipt with the tracking number was at home. Today marked two weeks since that last conversation, so I called again. This time Melissa answers the phone and acts like a different person, claiming Melissa is not there. I’ve called so many times that I immediately recognized her voice. I decided to leave work early and drive up there. Soon as I walk in I see Melissa! She clearly knew it was me as she immediately went into the register to gather the cash for my refund. I was absolutely dumbfounded. To go to such lengths of deceit for a refund amount I never requested in the first place is bizarre. For a manager to blatantly lie about being on duty while placing the blame on the shoulders of ownership, is poor management and - in my opinion - a fireable offense. This entire ordeal was completely unnecessary. I hope ownership somehow sees the message and discovers how Melissa is treating customers.
