I think this location is closed down. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and while I sat there for five minutes, I realized the landscaping was overgrown and the menu screen was broken. I drove away and it looked deserted on the inside.

I decided to give this store a 2nd chance after they were out of everything my last visit. Not good, meat was so fatty, paid for cheese but didn't get it and beans were just canned pork-n-beans not the BBQ beans. Out of lemons again so no tea. I'm done. I guess it's time to try Tenders down the road!

This store never answers phone, food is sub par for the problems that occur. Each time Uber is used at location it’s over an hour with 3 driver switches because they can’t do their job properly and end up canceling

worst food I have ever had, chicken not done, things not working was absolutely awful!

Stay far away from this place!! First red flag should've been that there were no cars in the parking lot and inside was completely empty. We walk in to see the employee cutting the meat WITH HIS BARE HANDS!! NO gloves. Not to mention every type of meat was in one pile and old. All the food looked like it's been sitting there for hours. Worst experience I've ever had, lost my appetite. Zero stars!!!

This used to be a great place. Last 3 times they gave wrong items in the order, missing items. Spent lots of $ to get the wrong stuff. Really bad service. It is a shame. Clearly, they are disregarding service and quality. I will have to find a BBQ place for my family meals.

I have only written 2 reviews before. Went in to order to go at 5:45 pm and no customers inside. Ordered 2 giant bakers with brisket. Asked for lean cuts. Potatoes were old and meat was half fat. No wonder they hardly have business anymore.

I had a bad experience in this place, and it's not because of the food, it's the lousy service from the man who was serving behind the counter, it seems that he's irritated or stressed, I don't know, but I ordered and he repeated the order in a mocking manner and muttered something else between his teeth, I don't know if he is the owner or manager but he should know that behind the counter there must be a person capable of providing a good service with kindness, but the latter is what this place lacks

Love dickeys but this location is beyond horrible. Asked for extra ranch and the manager working said f*** them. Did you charge extra for that

Sadly months ago this was more along the lines of 4 stars. This latest visit was less than stellar. The sausage (one of the best things to get, always full of flavor) is nothing more than Ekrich sausage they put in cellophane wrap and toss in the warmer. The old "homemade smoke sausage" they advertised appears to be a distant memory. The fries were not cooked near long enough, they were still raw and the ones that did cook a bit were just soggy and grease laden.Over the past few months I have seen less and less traffic as I drive by, I think I understand why now... the quality has definitely gone downhill. 100% not worth the $22+ I spent (especially considering this appears to be a store bought sausage reheated...)

Zero stars - it wouldn't let me submit First there were no cars in the parking lot which should have been the first clue but I chalked it up to after lunch rush hours. I regret not leaving at that point. staff was not very happy to see me. food was old, dry, and tasted very fishy. several of the drinks in the soda fountain were out of serviceThe ones that did work tasted horrible. the area by the drinks had a weird smell. When I looked closely at the styrofoam cup that I had been using for the drink, there was brown stuff all over the rim. so basically a very dirty cup. there was no sauce in the condiment station and very little of anything else w/no plates or anything to take condiments in. Place smells like old mop water and is not clean. I will NEVER come back here. the dickeys on Custer is 10000x better.. if I didn't have a good experience previously at the Custer location, I would assume this is the norm for dickeys and never go to one again. dickeys, this location is ruining your business and reputation I ate some of the food b/c I was VERY hungry but left most of it b/c it tasted awful and old. my stomach was hurting before I even got to the car I hope I don't get sick

One of our favorite Sunday places to have lunch after church. Obviously has been going through many changes lately unfortunatelly not good changes. The "sauce bar" is rarely stocked. The atmosphere feels glummy lately. Bathrooms not clean or stocked anymore. And I can't remember the last time they had the ice cream and cones available. I hope management can be more like they used to because we really loved this place.

Usually, Dickey's is really good. And one of our favorite spots. Apparently, that's only the case with dine-in. We decided to use UberEats as we're having a late night working from home. Big mistake. We're missing sides, sauce, food is cold, and the brisket is mostly fat. The okra is cold and soggy at best, and the dinner role is hard and stale. We definitely will not be ordering through UberEats again and probably won't be returning to this location in general. Also - don't bother paying for extra pickles or sauce. They won't be included.
