My experience was a great one the employees of the restaurant for all courteous and really nice and presented my food in the timely manner. But I have to give a special shout out to Tommy I hope I spelled her name correctly. She was amazing and will definitely come back because of that.

Edit: - This review is for their university Drive location and not this location.We go there all the time (2-3 times a week) because my daughter likes their quesadillas. Today was the first time we ever ordered chips with the food and as soon as we came out of the drive through, we noticed that the chips were seasoned/spicy which we didn't know and were also not told while ordering if we wanted plain or seasoned. Even the website doesn't say that the chips are seasoned by default. I parked the car and went back in within a minute without touching the food and requested if they can give me plain chips as daughter doesn't eat spicy/seasoned chips.And I was told that I have to pay again for the plain chips because they have to make again. I was flabbergasted! I asked why do I have to pay again when I just paid and the guy told me because that will be a new order so pay more money.Amazing customer service! This is the first restaurant in my entire life to not make the order right, and that too a bag of chips.You are right. I am at fault for not knowing that your chips are seasoned. My apologies for requesting plain chips.Great job for losing a customer for life.

Wow! The fam was headed to Birdies after an Easter Eggstravaganza event at the PGA, and we made a last minute pivot due to tired kiddo in the car. Pulled in the drive thru for a quicker option, and man I’m I glad we did. We LOVED it. Quick, and delicious! Queso, kids cheese dilla, and steak with black bean spread. My goodness it was delicious. Can’t wait to go back! ??

Staff were great. Giving 3 stars because the quesadillas were not as good as the Dillas Denton location & the chips tasted a little old. Denton always have their chips poppin hot & fresh.

i was fasting all day and was so excited to eat my chicken quesadilla. when i got home i opened it and there was no chicken in my quesadilla. i was heartbroken.

First time having Dillas. The place was clean and service was good. We showed up 30 mins before closing and they were out of chicken. I got the Lone Star, it was really good however the portions of a regular was small, it only included 2 pieces of the quesadilla. I had to order another one which made it a bit costly. Lesson learned, order the larger size. The chips were good, they had seasoning them and the salsa was good as well.I would comeback, will go with the lone star again, will ask them to add mushrooms next time as well.
