OMG...I have to come back!! Great customer service providers, great atmosphere and food!! Can't get better than this!!
Finally a Haus Dog for grown ups! Ha! Please don't go any where!! Quality food and quality priced. Thank you!!

The food was amazing but the servers and bartenders were horrendous.
We came during a time that wasn't busy at all. We saw one server (who I assume was training) literally sitting on her phone the entire ordeal.
The other bartender and server could care less about checking in on us at any time during our meal. They spent the majority of the time talking with each other or sitting. We sat there for at least 10 mins waiting for our check, while our server chatted with either other coworkers and another bar patron that was already taken care of. Mind you it wasn't busy.
We lost our patience, so my husband went up to the bar asking for our check. Our server proceeded to call my husband a douchebag when we were walking out. Terrible service. Asking for attentive service when you aren't busy isn't asking for much..

Dog Haus Biergarten is an amazing German place in Frisco! The food is delicious and I loved the Hangover Burgers. The service is really nice and they make sure that everything is well. The atmosphere is one of the best I've been to yet! I went on a Tuesday where they host 'Singo' and the atmosphere was fun and nice. Overall, I would highly recommend coming to Biergarten!

The owner, management, & staff alike are ALL A BLAST!!! This establishment runs so cohesively. The fun literally never ends because everyone has a great attitude. I loved the "Mother Daughter Bingo Night" they hosted last Wednesday. We all participated in a Halloween ? costume contest & all the prizes we AWESOME ?.
THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH.

Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid-friendly with toys in the outdoor area, picnic tables, and the food! Especially the food is extremely adult and kid-friendly!

I went online to order food, I was charged and order was canceled, Uber eats sent me message to call Dog Haus for refund and I was told by the them there is nothing they can do so basically out 20 bucks due to incompetence by location or Uber Eats. Below is the message from Uber and unfortunately I do not have transcript of phone call to location.
Lesson learned I guess.

Came for Wednesday ladies bingo night! It was a fun environment, although I wish the bingo lady called faster; took 2.5 hours for 6 rounds. Servers were nice. Food was alright; had the chipotle honey chicken tenders, but I’m sure their sausages are better. Half the restaurant was left waiting around to close out tabs after which was frustrating, but I understand that’s a lot of people to close out at once. Wonder if they could take a more phased approach next time.

Pretty fabulous if I do say so myself. Got cheeseburger sliders. The buns were too small for my burger but that was okay. What mainly ruined my mood was the music they were playing. Kinda cringey but overall good

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience due to the disappointing service. I ordered to-go but decided to dine in for some beers. Unfortunately, the server who greeted us was quite curt and unwelcoming. When we mentioned our plans, she responded with a huff, stating we could sit at a table and that someone would come take our order.

We waited about 15 minutes, despite the restaurant not being busy and other customers being served promptly. During that time, the server walked by us several times, attending to four groups that arrived after us. Frustrated, we decided to leave.

If you're looking for a more pleasant experience, I recommend the Richardson location instead.

I was here this evening and loved the atmosphere Aston really took care of me and even suggested some fire food and drinks. Loved the service Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
