Their delivery guy messed my order (#590) up by going to some different address. I was standing outside my building waiting for the delivery guy but no communication at all and I was stranded in the cold for 15 to 20 mins. They even tagged my order complete without actually delivering my order, wow what a process they have. Then I called the store and they said I have to now wait for 20 to 30 mins more so that they can deliver a cold pizza after almost more than an hour of making me wait. I had to cancel the order after such a long wait. Thanks for this experience and they did not even offer (or even bother to ask) any compensation for it.

I like this location and I’ve been coming for years, but I wish y’all wore gloves 🫤, I know it’s cooked and goes through the oven but I just think it’s a better look with the pizza 🍕 engineers being up front where you see the action.

I ordered online and picked up in store .
for the “extra cheese” pizza .. there was not “extra cheese” at all .
Also they took out pasta primavera from this location menu . So I ordered a build your own pasta with 3 veges . The pasta came with maybe / maybe not onion(?) , 3 meagre slices of mushroom and 1 leaf of spinach (no exaggeration) … rest all was only sauce and that too insufficient sauce .
Very disappointing as found this out on reaching home .

The young man who delivered my dinner tonight was patient and courteous even though I ordered from the wrong store and he had to bring the delivery to Legacy and Preston in Plano. I hope that I tipped him enough for his inconvenience.

Food is delicious but the process to order was really hard they don’t do online orders for my apartment building for some reason , so you have to call in store to get delivered and they don’t let you use your accumulated rewards or coupons, no complaints with the food but other pizza restaurants would make the order process way easier

It is getting real hard to get what I have ordered. Since last 5 orders I have been facing issues with my order when I visit the store to pick up. Either the order will be messed up or they’ll cut the pizza with meat cutter and say that they have used clean cutter even though I have the uncut option selected. Last night I have order pizza with extra cheese and jalapeño but, they have added pepperoni to it and had me waited at store for 15 mins to remake the order. This is the closest store from my location and worried to place orders from here again.

I am allergic to meat. I ordered pacific veggie pizza and found chicken on one of the pieces. Dominos Charged me $26 and delivered the meat as toppings on pizza instead of Pacific veggie pizza
