Domino's Pizza

Didn’t deliver pizza, had to go pick it up, was 1 hour sitting there and cold, and they wouldn’t remake it:(

Skimped on the toppings and it compromises on the pizza - with the state of the economy and how much the costs have inflated (as frustrating as it gets), I understand the dollar doesn't go too far these days. But if you don't want to maintain the same quality for the cost, then say so rather than finding ways to compromise or cut down on what is offered to the customer. That is cheap tactics for a business.

Christian was great. Food and desert were amazing.

Someone please explain to me how if I paid cash for my order, and the pizza was clearly dropped so I call and they say they will refund me and I will see it in my bank account in a few days??? How would I see it in my bank account if I paid cash and you don’t have a card on file? Unacceptable to the max. These people want more money, then do a better job. It’s that easy!!!

I have been to a lot of dominos and I have been satisfied,but this particular Dominos had the nastiest pizza I have ever had. I also brought a sandwich sub that tasted like a paper bag!

Staff behavior is no good and they are giving late (especially male staff )

My order never arrived, when I called they said it was on its way but it’s been an hour and nothing… and this isn’t the first time that this happens.
Also I’m editing it right now: the guy who picks up the phone calls has attitude and acts like it was my mistake, he said it was a mistake by a new driver and then said that he can make the order again but I had to pick up, when I asked why should I have to pick up when I ordered a delivery but serious this guy on the phone needs to learn how to talk or get a job that he’s happy on it! 06/21/25 8:38pm that’s my last time ordering here!

I ordered the NY Style pizza in med. The crust looked more hand tossed or pan maybe. They forgot to put my drink with my order. The driver stated he’d go back & bring it to me. However he did not .When I called the store 30mins later to check they stated he was gone for the evening due to car trouble. No one called me or anything. The person who answered the phone hung up on me. I called back two times and no answer.

This spot has become one of our go-to places—most weekends we end up ordering from here and it never disappoints. The pizzas are always delicious, the wings and garlic knots hit the spot, and the chocolate fudge lava cake is a must-try. The pan pizza is a favorite for movie nights at home or play dates—it’s always a hit with the kids. We’ve been regulars for almost two years now and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is nice and as a bonus, you can even earn points toward a free pizza.

They gave me a fork when i asked even though i didnt order anything. The lady was so nice !!

Picked up food from here more 15 times. I have never disappointed with the food. They prepare as per our request and guidelines. Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Service is very good and they are very fast. Store is very clean and very good. I took delivery 1 time and they are very fast and maintained warm food until it delivered to me. Very happy with the Customer Service and customer care. Loved to visit more and more.

Fun and happy environment. Speedy service and big smiles. Sweet older lady at register and a gentleman boxing the pizzas. I went yesterday after work! Definitely a good spot.
