I got the pepperoni pizza at dominoes at a birthday party and I left a little early because of it. I wasn’t a huge fan of the pizza and the pepperoni had no crisp. Overall not bad but not that good either!

It’s sad to say the least, but I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby to get a Pizza made that I ordered almost 2 hours ago for my kids. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes on top of that the manager didn’t care about the situation and acted nonchalant. On top of that I just wanted the food from my kids and afterwards I didn’t feel safe for my kids to eat it. The attitude I got from those Domino’s was not reasonable and felt hated towards for no reason. I don’t feel safe and I will never order from this location or Domino’s ever again.

I'm honestly kind of shocked at how great customer service is at this store, y'all, they forgot my dipping sauce (and since my mom picked it up she didn't realize) and i told them that when the website asked me for a rating. The store immediately called and Victor told me they received my comment and honestly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I just had a bad experience with a different Domino's store and this was so sweet.I was convinced I wasn't gonna order Domino's anymore but I will if it is from this store. Thank you, really.Also, the pizza was delicious! ?

Absolutely terrible that you can’t call a location and place an order. They tell you they don’t have access to placing your order and it only has to be done online. Pathetic!

I've ordered carry-out from this location often, and have consistently had great pizza and friendly service. I utilized the "future order" feature for the first time to have the pizza ready to pick up on the way home, and it was fresh and hot right on time. Staff are also attentive to special instructions like well done crust, and overall a pleasant experience

Everything was fine - until David called me. He contacted me to tell me he couldn’t find my apt even with my detailed directions to locate my apt door. (Mind you, I’ve ordered from this domino’s countless times while residing in this same apt unit for the last 3 years and have had absolutely zero issues.) As I’m talking to David and explaining how to get to my apt (in hopes we would run into each other - meanwhile, he’s getting huffy with me on the phone and hangs up while saying he’ll find it) I walk to the bottom of the stairs in the stairwell to the parking garage with no driver in sight. Within moments of standing there, I hear the door on the 2nd floor (my level) slam. So I walk back up to my floor and into my hallway - there he is delivering the pizza to my boyfriend. Not only did he prove to me he was too lazy to actually traditionally deliver my pizza to my door (like I requested) but he was completely and unnecessarily rude to my boyfriend - saying ‘oh here let me give you your receipt’ as he’s crumpling it up and tossing it on top of the pizza boxes in my boyfriends hands. Then, as he walks past me he smiles as if he did nothing wrong. I may not live in a house and I may live in a complex where my apt door is located inside a building - but there was absolutely nothing preventing him to come to my door except pure laziness. Completely unacceptable. If I could I would retract my tip, because he definitely didn’t deserve it - and my recommendation to David is, ‘Find a job that doesn’t trigger you to be a jerk to your customers’.

The GM personally delivered my order to my apartment after I had a huge issue with one of the drivers delivering my order. That driver told me he was lost (at the wrong address) plus told me to “come get dressed and go downstairs to find him”… OMG. Management saved the holidays for my family and I! I love this Domino’s. They even threw in a free dessert! Thanks to the current manager and regional GM here as of 12/23/23. Happy Holidays!

I ordered online for delivery 20-30 minute delivery time estimate. We had friends over for a party and figured pizza would be easy. After about 45 minutes I called to check and was told "your pizza is still here, we are just waiting on a driver". About 20+ minutes later our pizza was arriving. Pretty disappointed that it took about 70 minutes to get our pizza and had hungry guests with nothing to serve them. :(

Ordered the pizza to delivery at work and was the best dominoes pizza I've ever gotten. Super good, quick delivery, brought it to my store and it was cooked perfect and somehow more delicious than I've ever had. Props to the kitchen team 11/15/23
