Very rude staff. They are so unprofessional. Treating everybody very very rude. I had very bad experience with them 2 times. There is woman, not sure what is her name but she is speaking very aggressive and unprofessional with customers. I am going to report this to their customer support. No wonder why their score is so low for this branch. First time, I was there for take out and she had attitude and have been very rude. Second time had delivery and did not notice it is same branch. But had delivery issue and same woman got on the phone and was speaking very rude and unprofessional as I knew her voice. Also someone else poster her picture here. I think her name is Jackie. However, not sure about the name.

The Pizza is really good, Mac and cheese is heavenly. Best service i have and the long red hair woman is very polite. would recommend it here (ignore bad reviews, you guys are awesome)

At first, I wasn’t so sure about this place, because of the reviews that I saw for this place. But after going there myself, I loved it. It was a really good experience in there. And the cashier was so awesome and kind. She was incredibly polite and friendly.
I definitely recommend this place, no matter what the other reviewers say, this place is worth a visit. 😊

Lady working in this store is yelling at customers.
Mr Eddie was super kind service was quick and great communication skills definitely needs a raise definitely earned the place 5 stars in everything.

I HAVE TO TELL YOU IT WAS SIMPLY AWFUL. THE ORDER PROCESS ONLINE WAS A DISASTER AND TOOK FOREVER JUST SPINNING FOR MINUTES ON END. WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVED, EVERYTHING WAS ALREADY COLD.
I DID RATE THIS PLACE BASED ON THEIR BEHAVIOR . THE STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED.
THE PERSON WHO DELIVERED THE PIZZA WAS KNOCKING MY DOOR AND RINGING THE BELL MULTIPLE TIMES, SO I HAD TO PUT MY MEETING ON HOLD AND RAN TO DOOR.
EVEN THOUGH AFTER MENTIONING TO LEAVE IT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR WHILE ORDERING.
I DON'T REALLY APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT WHEN I ORDER AS "LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR", MY REQUEST ISN'T HONORED.
SHE ASKED ME TO SIGN…I JUST SIGNED IT AND HONESTLY DIDN’T EVEN CHECKED ABOUT THE TIP AS I HAD TO GO BACK TO MY MEETING.
SHE GOT SKID AND FELL IN FRONT OF MY HOME AND WHEN I ASKED HER ARE YOU OKAY…SHE USED BAD LANGUAGE.
MY HUSBAND WAS OUT OF TOWN AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I ORDERED, HE ALWAYS ORDERED FROM ANOTHER PLACE.

I called this store, and just simply said "Hi, how are you?" as to which the lady on the phone rudely dismissed and said "How can I help you?", It was just a conversation starter, I don't understand the attitude. Anyways, I ask a question about the menu to which she responds, "Nothing for you to order tonight.". Please teach your employees costumer service because this was not okay.

So I asked my first grad son to go inside and grab our paid pizza while I was watching him so he can practice not to be shy. And my son offered to go inside both receptionist ladies ignored him while he was talking and helped other customers. I went inside and politely asked if she was not able to help my son and she started being soooooo rude and disrespectful to me worst customer service. This stores employees can definitely use some customer service training. My son is telling me today was his worst day of his life I though buying pizza is supposed to be a fun experience not a crying experience for a kid thank you domino pizza for making our Friday night miserable
Tried Domino's today since Pizza Hut was out of some ingredients that we wanted. I have to tell you it was simply awful. The order process online was a disaster and took forever just spinning for minutes on end. We ordered 2 large pizzas 2 orders of chicken wings 16 pieces and 2 mac and cheese. Can to 98 bucks with delivery fee. When the order arrived everything was already cold and it look like the delivery guy shook the pizza inside the box. Pizza was everywhere inside the box. It had even had time to cool down so much that all the slices were stuck together. Keep your free pizza and after reading all the reviews I see why Domino's is done as a franchise. Especially this location. Someone from corporate needs to investigate this team and make changes. For me I'll stick to Jim's Pizza and Pizza Hut. Extremely disappointed 😞. The one bright spot was the wings were tasty even on the cooler temps.

This place is a mess! The tracker said my order was ready, but the lady at the counter said it wasn’t and mentioned the tracker can be off sometimes. I waited another 10 minutes, only to find out my order had been sitting there for a while. To top it off, they got the order totally wrong. When I pointed it out, there was no apology or offer to fix it. The staff, especially the lady at the counter, definitely need some customer service training.

It was a quick order and pickup … I did rate this place based on their behavior with others …. The staff needs to be trained !!!!!! I have multiple experience with store … as I usually order pizza from this store ….

I was in meetings all day so I ordered Deliver to be left at the door. Of course the Driver decided he was going to ring the doorbell and knock on the door continuously until someone answered instead of leaving it like he was asked. Then he told me that Domino's was getting rid of this option.
I don't really appreciate the fact that when I order as "leave it at the door", my request isn't honored.
