Was pretty good. I ordered the crust to be on the thin side. It came out way thicker than I expected. Way to thick for me but it was probably my fault. If you like a thicker hand tossed style you wouldve loved it. Overall the sauce is good, they put lots of toppings. The thickness of the crust was way to much for me. Will order the thinnest crust they have next time. Customer service was great.

Updated review: My original review received a response claiming that my order was not placed at this location, so I am reposting my review with proof of location. I have never even been to Newport News, VA nor do I live anywhere near there. As shown in the attached screenshot, I ordered from the 8990 Coit Rd Frisco location and had it delivered to my home which is also in Frisco. I look forward to your updated response, and I hope for honesty and accountability this time.
Original review: I’ve ordered Donatos pizza quite a bit and have always been impressed with it. I decided to try out the Asiago cheesy bread for the first time tonight and to say I’m disgusted is an understatement. Never in my life have I received an order of cheesy bread where the dough was completely raw. I can’t believe I consumed a bite out of this. This is unacceptable and just plain carelessness, not to mention dangerous. Do better.

Made a totally wrong pizza. I ordered a very vegy pizza with no meat. But they served a pizza with meat. Looks like they don’t see the customizations. Very unsatisfying experience. Won’t come back. They did replace the pizza but I wasted 30 minutes of my time on this.
I loved my Donatos experience! Mr. Doug Brown was very kind and friendly and assisted me with my order quickly. The good was amazing. Will most definitely be returning!
