The donuts here are AMAZING but the lady (I’m pretty sure is the owner) at the front is so rude. We tend to go maybe 1-2 times a week and we love the strawberry donuts which tend to be popular we know she has frosting to make more in the back(as she has done it for us 2 times). It really depends on her mood if she feels like making the extra donuts with the strawberry frosting she will if not you’ll just leave without wanting what you asked for. The prices are high for donuts but the taste made it worth but definitely not worth it when the owner is rude.

This is a good donut shop to stop at. The donuts, and kolaches are good. The people that work the counter are nice and polite.
This place needs a reality check to be charging $23 for a mixture of 14 Donuts.Other local donut shops I can get 12 Mixed and half dozen of glazed for $19 with way better quality.Master Donuts has a 15 donut mix special for $14.99 while this place would charge over $24.

Rude lady at the counter. I felt rushed and she had a bad attitude. Even my teen said she was rude. Smelled bad in the donut place. The donuts looked old but since it was 1030am yesterday gave it a try. She has bad customer service when I asked her a question about a donut. She also was rude to me when I paid she talked back. Never going again. I believe she owns another donut place off Warren which were also acting wierd. These people need better customer service skills

Donuts are good but they ask to pay cash for purchase of less than 5$
The lady who worked the counter on December 15 around 7:45 AM was extremely rude and rushed us out the door like she did not want us inside the store. She failed to put items inside of our bag that we asked for and put the multitude of different donuts we had in one sack versus them being in separate ones. Will not be back. Extremely disappointed in the service we receive in this area.
