Google shows this business as “Open,” but when I arrived, the door was closed and there was a lunch break until 5:00 PM. It was a wasted trip.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go here!! Wait time was terrible! They were lying to people saying 20-30 minutes for a table and even for takeout. It ended up being over an HOUR. We only stayed because we placed a togo order and prepaid. We saw numerous tables waiting on their meal. Any time I would ask for an update it was “it will be a few more minutes” which turned into over an hour. It was not just us but the entire restaurant. I am not sure if they were short staffed or what but the least you can do is be honest about the wait time. We finally get our food and part of it isn’t even hot. We will NEVER return and I would say don’t try your luck. Ambiance was decent. Weird sewer smell inside if I am being honest.

Update: Since our first visit 4 yrs ago, it's really changed and not for the better. Mongolian beef came out with 1/4 inch of grease in the plate. They also have a serious sewer smell. That smell typically comes from a sewer break under the foundation. Please get these fixed. Probably will not be back.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We waited two full hours for our food. After one hour, they finally brought out the sesame chicken, which was dry, and honestly worse than Panda Express. We then waited another hour for the rest of our order. When I pointed out that customers who arrived after us were already eating, the staff said our food would be ready in “one minute” and brought out another dish—but the dumplings never arrived. At that point, we said we didn’t want to wait any longer and asked to just pay for the sesame chicken. Despite this, they still tried to charge us for the dumplings that were never served, clearly showing they had messed up the order. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the excessive wait, and no respect for our time. The service was rude and dismissive, and the food we did receive was awful. Save yourself the frustration — do not waste your time or money here.

I walked in and the place smelled awful. The line was absurdly long, and not a single employee showed any sense of urgency. I haven’t been here in two years, and somehow it’s worse than I remember. With the volume they get in Frisco, you’d think they would’ve upgraded their operation by now. Instead, it feels like they just accepted mediocrity and let the chaos become the business model.

Ordered out first time here and reviews did look decent. BUT Zero flavor in the shrimp dumpling soup, zero flavor with the fried rice, and the broccoli and chicken.... slimy. Very disappointed . Won't be ordering from here again.

Tried the dumpling house as it’s been on my need to eat list for awhile. The soup dumplings and the spicy garlic chicken were delicious so that got the restaurant high ratings alone. The only thing I would comment on is the speed of service. There’s not much sense of urgency and although she was super nice, our server never came back to check on us which sucked bc we needed water refills for more than 25 minutes with the spice level of our food. Then, when paying with card, a different male server stood right over our shoulder the whole time when inputting our tip in. Other than that, will be back for the authentic food but probably will grab the food to-go.

I got the sesame chicken, hot and sour soup and singapore noodles. The hot and sour soup was so spicy I could not eat it. The singapore street noodles were good. The sesame chicken was acceptable. The restaurant atmosphere was great but I did not dine in. The pick up hostess was great.
