They was Disrespectful if did not know what something was and asked. Opening seating but had to wait for table in area that barely had room for our party. Will not go there again. You a warned

We had two separate parties of 2 people and another of 4 people on two separate bills but we both got charged a service fee of 18% for a party of six…🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ and then asking for tip???

The Dumpling House has become our to go to when craving dumplings and string beans dishes. Their dumplings are made in house and are fresh, absolutely love their soup dumplings. Have tried other dishes from soups to entrees but their dumplings are just so good! The place is clean and family friendly. They have large tables and rooms for larger gatherings and their service has always been very pleasant. Great place!

Where this place lacks in aesthetics, it more than makes up for in service and oh my, the food... we started with egg rolls which were crispy and delicious. We moved on to Chicken Teriyaki and Chiken Lomien with a basket of Shrimp and Pork Steamed Dumplings. The portions are quite large and the wife and I ate every bite, it was sooo good... This was a random choice for dinner tonight and oh what a lucky treat it was. We will absolutely return to try more of their offerings...

ordered take out and it was pretty awful. got the general tso’s chicken and it tasted like extra sweet and sour chicken. not even very spicy. texture of the chicken was tough and chewy. tried their house buns and they were so mushy, texture was all wrong, again. spent about $50 in total with tip on inedible food. never again.

We had an incredible Christmas Day meal at Dumpling House in Frisco, and it was phenomenal on all levels! The sesame chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy, flavorful, and not overly sweet—while the pork buns were some of the best we’ve ever had. Each bite was packed with flavor and freshness.
The service was quick and efficient, and even on a busy holiday, the staff was warm and welcoming. The restaurant’s cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot for a festive meal.
Dumpling House is definitely a new favorite for us, and we can’t wait to return to try more of their amazing dishes!

I ordered beef flat noodles, soup dumplings, and crab rangoon. The beef was tough and salty, the soup dumplings had no flavor, and the crab rangoon wasn’t crunchy at all, with barely any filling. When I walked in, no one came to greet me, and there were no customers during peak dinner time—something felt off.
