Today was my last time I will go to this place, the owner is never happy, he’s always rushing you to order and to get out of he’s restaurant. We understand they close at 3:00 pm but if you come in to dine at 2:00 pm and by 2:45pm you have the owner next to your table asking you to pay it’s very uncomfortable. Their dumplings are definitely the best food they have but unfortunately some other plates such as Szechuan Beef are not spicy, it’s actually extremely sweet not like the real Chinese Szechuan Beef, the beef it’s probably the lowest quality of beef, chewy, and no flavor. The whole plate feels like corn syrup with soy sauce and extremely salty, with fresh veggies and low quality beef.

Absolutely loved our experience at Dumpling House! The service was incredibly attentive from the moment we walked in—friendly, prompt, and welcoming. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The dumplings were especially tasty—some of the best I’ve had! Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious food and great service.

The service was a very awkward experience. We had asked for the tab and paid the bill. We usually leave the tip in cash once we’re getting ready to leave at restaurants.
Right after we used our card to pay, the server was saying “tip? No tip? Are you going to pay tip in cash or what?”
In front of my kids… We literally just looked at her and said yes we are going to pay you in cash. And she said “ok pay me now”…. So I told my husband to only leave 2-3 dollars because she did not deserve anything more than that.. honestly, she didn’t even deserve my two dollars.
We have never had this bad of a customer service experience. Will never be coming back at this location ever again.
Had high hopes but what a let down. Food is edible at best. Ordered Baozi, the texture is way off and there is a strong tangy taste (in the bad way) in the fillings. They absolutely didn't put any heart into their dishes either, just sad looking and tasting dishes. Also they seemed to be prioritize a bigger table that arrived later, me and the tables next to us had to wait for 25 minutes for our 2nd dishes after that table entered. Hard pass, there are way better places for Chinese food in town. You can literally go across the road and have better and cheaper food in the food court of 99 Ranch.

My favorite comfort food! I crave this place once a week! My favorites are the sauteed lamb, spicy beef noodle soup and the pork and shrimp fried dumplings that come with an entire shrimp inside! Highly recommend!
