Hot chocolates with an espresso shot used to be pretty good, I don't know if they're just out of milk these days or if someone new is on the line.
Will go to McDonalds for coffee instead.

Can't give a rating for the food or coffee because the "customer service" from the guy at the counter was so sorry that I stopped in the middle of placing my order and just walked out. If merely acknowledging my existence and asking what size was such an intolerable chore for him, then I can only imagine how much pride he puts into anything he prepares for a customer... Went here at 7:30 pm on a busy Friday night. The hours posted state that they are open until 8:00pm. I was trying to order six hot chocolates and they refused our business stating that the machines were just cleaned and they were closing. Where has good old customer service gone?

Thanks for the GREAT customer service today!! I originally drove to the one in The Colony on Main Street near where I live but the girl at the counter was RUDE and I was NOT about to pay for that kind of service. I drove to Frisco and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a loud good morning! The young lady who helped me was extremely nice and had a great smile! She even gave me an extra donut, without me asking because she accidentally put the wrong donut in my bag and let me keep it😀😀 if it's one thing that I'm big on, and that's customer service!! Thanks for a very pleasant experience!! I'd GLADLY drive to this location over ever going back to the one in The Colony!

This has become my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts location. They always get my order right and they have the most courteous and professional staff. The inside is clean, they always have a good selection, and the drive-through runs very efficiently. It’s also also a perk that they don’t judge me for the amount of sugar and cream I put in my coffee. While I pass about 6 Starbucks and/or Dunkin Donuts from my house to my this location; but it’s worth the weight to enjoy their coffee and friendly faces in the morning!
