Ridiculous place. Drive through manned by a bunch of bozos. Kept saying ‘hold on 1 sec’ multiple times for over 5 min and refused to say how long it will take for them to even take our order. Then after pressing they said it will be 10 min wait TO PLACE AN ORDER! Why even have a drive through in the first place??

I went through this Dunkin’ drive-thru on National Coffee Day because rewards members get a free coffee with any purchase, and it was the best experience! The staff at this Dunkin’ were amazing—especially Felicia, who was as sweet as can be! She had the biggest smile on her face and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving—including a sample of their new matcha coming out soon (which was delicious, by the way)!! My coffee and donut were both sooo good, and I would definitely recommend this Dunkin’ location to anyone wanting to try it out. 10/10!

Donuts were still fresh and soft even going at 6:20 pm. However, I was the only one in there, 2 workers and I was ignored for a few minutes before I was finally helped. The lady who helped me was pushing a dirty trash can around in the back, then finally comes to help me...with an attitude and then she uses the same gloves she just wore when she was touching the trash can to grab my donuts. Super gross! Won't be back to this location!

Great AND speedy service! Stopped by this location on a busy Friday morning and although the drive-thru line was long, I decided to wait and found myself moving very quickly. Staff was expeditious, accurate, very friendly and quality of our order was to expectations as far as temperature and taste. As a busy mom with kiddos always in the car, one thing that stood out to me is that as soon as i was about to hand me napkins. it may seem insignificant but other other locations in the area HARDLY EVER give napkins or catch an attitude if you request them. I thought it was a kind gesture given my past experiences around town.

No consistency. Ordered hot coffee, they made ice coffee and then decided to pour some hot coffee which was so watered down. It was awful. Please dont force me to go to Starbucks!! :)

AMAZING SERVICE AND COFFEE EVERY TIME! Jake helped me at the drive through. He was SO nice, really friendly, and very helpful. He helped us with the most patience. Then at the window, even though he was helping like 3 customers at once, he never showed it. He was happy and positive with every single one of them. The coffee is also the best coffee ever. I get the Caramalizer and it is literally amazing every single time. It tastes like coffee but without that bitter taste. My sister got the avocado toast and absolutely loved it. This kind of consistent amazing service is almost unheard of but they never disappoint! Always amazing and that will continue to be my go to favorite coffee place!

Are the online times accurate for this location? It states they close at 8pm. I showed up at 7:40pm. The doors were locked as well as the drive thru. The guy inside, who seemed to be cleaning, simply shrugged his shoulders. Utterly disappointed.

I visited your location in the morning and had a very disappointing experience. The place was severely understaffed, with only two employees managing everything. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging me. After that, manager simply told me to use the kiosk without offering any assistance.

I waited an additional 10 minutes trying to place my order through the kiosk, only to find out that it didn’t allow any customization for the sandwich I wanted. At that point, I had no choice but to leave without ordering.

It’s frustrating to deal with such indifference, especially in the morning. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the staffing and customer service issues.
