Just went in the line and the young lady stated I was mad at her because she gave me the wrong drink order. It was said to her coworker under her breathe. I was not mad at all I just asked was this my order. It was finally given to me and she blended it is not frozen at all. I ordered 10 munchkins assorted and received 8 over half being the same flavor. I did not start mad but indeed did leave surely aggravated. Its lovely to have young people working, Awesome but have some decorum. This person was on the window at 12:00 pm 11/8/2025. If she is having a bad day that's fine but don't work the drive thru. One young African American young lady was very sweet and I was able to speak to the manager. It was not resolved but hopefully she will not treat other customers like that.

I ordered at 11:17 they skipped my order a couple of times so I asked about my order and this lady lady told me he's working on it but all lies he keep skipping mine they gave me my order at 11:35 it took them so long for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich,I dont recommend this location at all Dunkin donuts at Frisco by 380 I will post the address later, my sandwich all burn out

I think this will be my new favorite place to get breakfast for dinner. They served me a hot breakfast sandwich with a cold espresso drink. I can't give 5 stars because it's Dunkin Donuts. However, I'm content.
Long waits for nothing- 15 plus minutes for 1 car in the drive thru. Always out of popular items. I don’t understand how you can be out of frozen coffee at 10am in the middle of summer but they always are- 2nd summer in a row. Frozen drinks don’t bother- they always say sorry the sorry we can’t make that right now- worst location ever. Won’t be back- I would rather drive the extra 10 mins to the other prosper Dunkin that actually understands customer service and has items in stock..

I give this location a 5 because of service. I’ve been going to the Duckin’ franchise for years now and I know fast food chains, some restaurants and whatnot aren’t perfect. They mess up on orders every now and then…but so far, Dunkin’ only messed up my order twice. I would go in or call customer service and they never hesitate to fix it and sometimes will go over and beyond to make sure they fulfill my needs. I can’t speak for all locations but this location, staff is professional and efficient. They keep the area clean. If you haven’t been to Dunkin’, then you’re missing out, especially if you love coffee like me. I love Dunkin’ and one of my fav items is a seasonal drink during Halloween, the iced coffee/latte with ube. But I love a lot their classics and I like to mix it up. Their iced coffee in my opinion is by far the best but to each their own. Till then, let’s sit!
