The teen girl working the drive through is very unprofessional, had an attitude from the beginning even when I was order. She even told me I was rude and shut the window on me because I refused to respond to her rude comment. i won’t be returning because of her.

Got my order wrong. Even after asking to change the order, I got cream cheese instead of garden veggie. The almond spice coffee had too much cinnamon. The server was very rude and reluctant to give ketchup packets with my order of hash browns.

Such a bad experience here, after a long time I had been to this Dunkin to get coffee and bagels. I ordered everything bagel and veggie cream cheese. But they got my order completely wrong, I got a normal bagel and normal cream cheese. I requested it to be redone correctly, got back the same bagel with literally no cream cheese. Such a bad service.

I had a terrible experience going through the drive through today Very rude person at the window with no communication at all. She had bad response to my questions , leaving me hanging for a very long time. I was so disappointed and even coming there. She pretended to be a manager and she was not I end up not putting my Order in and driving off.

I drop by to get coffee occasionally, and the coffee here is great! As for the donuts, I got the Boston cream donut, which tasted amazing. The filling was what made it taste especially good. Staff here are fairly professional, but they definitely should tell customers when a donut isn't available on the app so they can order a different one, or if they've already ordered it, at the drive-through, so they can choose a different one. Once, they gave my family member a random donut when he ordered through the app because it wasn't available at the time, without allowing him to choose a different one.

We have gone multiple times and have purchased many different filled donuts and they all have about a quarter of a teaspoon of filling. Not what we're used to, going to have to go to another DD. We keep giving them I benefit of the doubt but same thing happened today. Very disappointed
