The employee was extremely rude—no greeting, no patience, and a lot of attitude over selecting donuts. If you don’t want to interact with customers, you shouldn’t be working in the service industry.

Worst experience at a Dunkin. I come to Dunkin daily. I order the same exact thing. Not only was my coffee not done correctly but the girl was so rude the second she took my order. I also ordered a hot chocolate for my 3 year old. The hot chocolate was cold milk and unmixed powder. When I came back around she said “I heated it up though”. Then gave me a major attitude and took 10 minutes to make another, didn’t apologize just handed it to me and slammed the window shut. Won’t be back to this location again.

No one will even greet you and you have to ask for someone to take your order at the counter. Drive thru is fine but don’t go in that do not care if your there or not.

The teen girl working the drive through is very unprofessional, had an attitude from the beginning even when I was order. She even told me I was rude and shut the window on me because I refused to respond to her rude comment. i won’t be returning because of her.

Got my order wrong. Even after asking to change the order, I got cream cheese instead of garden veggie. The almond spice coffee had too much cinnamon. The server was very rude and reluctant to give ketchup packets with my order of hash browns.

Such a bad experience here, after a long time I had been to this Dunkin to get coffee and bagels. I ordered everything bagel and veggie cream cheese. But they got my order completely wrong, I got a normal bagel and normal cream cheese. I requested it to be redone correctly, got back the same bagel with literally no cream cheese. Such a bad service.
Rate 3 for atmosphere, bc what is expected? It's a donut shop.

I had a terrible experience going through the drive through today Very rude person at the window with no communication at all. She had bad response to my questions , leaving me hanging for a very long time. I was so disappointed and even coming there. She pretended to be a manager and she was not I end up not putting my Order in and driving off.
