A very simple interaction with angel made my day! She was absolutely the sweetest person I’ve met customer service wise I’ve met. I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years and Instantly you could tell she cares for people genuinely and has such a happy attitude! I never been to this location because I go to the one off Preston in prosper but I’ll definitely be going out of my way due to the friendly atmosphere. Other workers were polite and quick. Angel is definitely a huge investment to this location or wherever she goes. I have extremely bad social anxiety at times but I felt comfortable for the first time which is rare and that’s why I had to let it be known. Because that is highly uncommon for me to be comfortable considering my 15 years of experience. This location is definitely worth the extra 20 minutes!

I placed an order via the app for the pickup window pickup time was 8:15am. I stood patiently waiting for my order after notifying the guy at the window I was there to pickup ahead. After watching 3 walk up orders get their orders I ask the girl at the window why I was I still waiting and her immediate response was “we’re backed up and have a lot of orders” she then asked my name and after I told her she says “oh it’s right here”. Then proceeds to yell “you’re welcome” at me after walking off. As a paying customer like everyone else this morning I don’t appreciate the tone and rudeness the girl employee displayed especially after I was already waiting patiently.

I had their caramel pumpkin brulee latte frozen today to try their seasonal flavors and it's super sweet and delicious. If you love fall and have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend it.
