Absolutely my favorite dutch bros location! The staff is always friendly!Jess was great during the walk up they’re always so busy and she handled it very well! She’s always super nice to everybody that comes by. Kudos to her for being great and kudos everybody for making drinks fast despite being so busy!

Stopped by the Dutch Bros on Lebanon Road and had an awesome experience. Even with a long line and a ton of drink orders coming in, the crew kept everything moving smoothly. Shoutout to Jess for being super friendly and handling the rush like a pro. Great customer service all around, especially for how busy it was.

Oh my gosh, I was having such a terrible morning and the only thing I could think about was getting my coffee and leaving. But the young woman working the window… Jess, she was so incredible! She noticed how down I was and was so kind and wonderful towards me. My morning definitely turned around after Jess made me feel so appreciated! Love this Dutch Bros location!
