Every single one of them is respectful, welcoming, and full of positive energy. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and each other. This coffee is so crap. The staff is really nice but they don't know how to make coffee. I ordered sugar free Golden eagle and they gave me a milky white looking shake. I had sugar free golden eagle many times before and this is so bad. It tastes like MILK AND I AM LACTOSE INTOLERANT. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. How are you going to charge $8 for this and give the customer milk.

I used to love Dutch bros but everytime I get a coffee from this location, it never tastes like coffee…it tastes like socks with hot water! I wouldn’t leave a bad review if it only happened once, but it happens every single time!! I’ve complained one time and got a new coffee made, but the newly made coffee somehow tasted way worse than the first coffee. I didn’t want to waste my time and complain again so I just went somewhere else to get coffee with actual coffee in it. I can’t be going back every single time I get a coffee from this location. Step it up! Dutch bros used to be the best now it’s just lame.
Edit: not only did they give me the worst coffees ever more than six time, but they give me a link to give them more details about the situation and the link doesn’t even work. Dutch bros more than sucks these days. Lost a longtime customer.

This is by far the best location that I have gone to. I love all the employees here. It gets busy but it usually moves fast. Management there has done a great job picking very personable employees.
