I love this restaurant! I have never had such good food for a small restaurant. The hamburger is great. The biscuits are crunchy and. Delicious. The servers are so thoughtful. The breakfasts is so good. The chili releno is the best. So much to say in! I recommend you all try it!!

The food was decent but the service was absolutely horrible! I called in to place my order ahead of time at 11:28 to be exact and let the guy know Iâd be sitting in. I sat down and was not looked at or greeted by anyone for at least 10-15 mins. Then the waiter comes over asking if I called my order in, I said yes. He was nice but not welcoming at all and did not put my order in. I didnât get my food until 11:01 but by that time I had already asked for a manager 3 times because I only ordered oatmeal, eggs and sausage. The Hispanic lady told me one second every time but not one manager ever came over to speak to me. Finally I asked the waiter was the manager her and he said there was no manager here to speak to. I will not be visiting this place again.

The owner is a cheapskate. The A/C was broken and it was SO HOT! Owner only allows one specific HVAC company to service them and it had been 2.5 hours before he even showed up. The tech didnât even care to fix the problem, he was in and out for about an additional 30 min. I feel bad for the servers and especially the cooks that have to put up with these unacceptable working conditions. I will update my review to 5 Stars when the owner permanently fixes this problem.
Response to owner: Interesting your mission statement is âWe want to change for the better every day.â Yet when an opportunity arises to be better, you donât take it. Instead you come up with a nice cover up.
I am an HVAC tech and I saw and heard first hand what your tech did. He looked at the thermostat for two seconds and said it was just set wrong and left. He only returned after 30 minutes because the temperature was rising and was probably called back. Only then did he do his job and start diagnosing what the issue was. The AC had been broken for 3 hours by the time I left. Giving you the benefit of the doubt, maybe one more hour until the temperature dropped? How many customers cycle through that 4 hour period? HVAC companies (good ones), are always on standby, despite the day or time. Perhaps itâs time to reevaluate your maintenance budget.

We are regulars here but today we received the worst service ever.
We got there at 2pm they close the restaurant at 2:30pm I asked upon our arrival if it was still ok to dine in, they said yes, we received our food at around 2:30 then Marsha our waitress came with our ticket at 2:43pm I gave her my card and close the tab We felt so rush to finish our food, at around 2:50 the waitress came and start taking plates away from us, then she came back 5 min after asking if she can take more plates because the dishwasher was ready to go home, she brought Togo boxes so I end up giving her all the plates and put the rest of our food in the containers, my daughter was still eating, at 3:07 they turned off the lights, yes, we were still seated and they did that! Honestly that felt so uncomfortable and unprofessional. Next time if all your employees wants to leave at 2:30 sharp then ask them to stop sitting people at 1:30pm or even before. In my understanding if you close a restaurant at 2:30 that means you can have a walking at 2:29 and still have to provide the same customer service without rushing them to eat.

This restaurant has improved a lot since I was here last. I was seated promptly and my order taken within a few minutes. Food came out quickly. Everything was correct, bacon and eggs cooked perfectly. Their biscuits and gravy are among the better that I've had. Prices are reasonable but on the high end. Waitress was friendly and attentive.

Tried Eggsellent Cafe in Frisco and had a great experience! I ordered the veggie omelette which came with hash browns and toasted white breadâeverything tasted really good. The portions were generous and definitely satisfying.
The service was super fast, and the ambiance was simple and cool, making it a nice spot for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. Would definitely recommend and come back again!
