Great service! Great food. The apps are too die for!! Love the new happy hour pricing on Saturdays too.

Limited wine supply and the bottle we requested they ran out the night before apparently. Then when we asked if we could get a similar bottle at the other bottles price we were told NO. It was also 1/2 a bottle night for any wine $100 or less and they wouldn't give us the $124 at 1/2 off either. So, we had water with our pizza and left. No apologies, no "we will make this right", nothing. Pizza was good but expensive at $27. Probably won't return.

Unfortunately we were not impressed with Eight11 again. We keep trying but the food and drinks were ridiculously priced with a pizza at $30 and a mocktail with 3 ingredients at $11 - $12 if you wanted a fruit garnish. My caprese was $17. I miss the “neighborhood” vibe of when they first opened and it was a simple, not trying to be an elevated restaurant. With only 4 tables of people, their service should have been great. The server forgot our order and came back to get it again - not a problem but coming by 10 times to see if we’re ok and then we ask about dessert and are told the kitchen closed was disappointing. Why didn’t she advise us earlier that the kitchen would be closing and do we want to place a dessert order? Total bill for 2 people was over $145 for a pizza, caprese salad, $65 bottle of wine and tip. Gouging us with prices is not the way to keep the doors open. For us - we dine out often - this will not be on our list again.

Overpriced average food with poor service. We asked if the $19 Texas Chips appetizer was made with house made potato chips or french fries and the server responded “they just open a bag of chips and dump a bunch of stuff on them”. That doesn’t sound like the premium ingredients the management refers to in their review responses.

Also three people in our party received cocktails with missing ingredients or weird substitutions. $30 for a mediocre 12 inch pizza is just ridiculous!

On the way out we noticed that the bartender was watching YouTube videos, hopefully he was learning how to make cocktails.

Always a great experience at eight11. Sit outside! Live music started later but we were still able to have a conversation and listen to the music.

Food was amazing! Loved the bruschetta app along with the chicken with green apple and Brie panini

Pizza was okay but not worth $30 ea.... I wish the menu had a bit more choices on it and the wine selection is okay... we have tried eight11 a couple of times and unfortunately the experience never lives up to the price. It was wonderfully decorated for the holidays.

Wonderful spot for a girls night out and half price bottles! Great happy hour menu! The fire pits and the comfy seating! Great little getaway tucked into old town Frisco! The live music was lovely too!

Pizza was too cheesy. Staff is nice and attentive, good music playlist.

I was excited to try this place for a date night with my husband. He arrived before me on a Thursday night and wasn’t greeted or helped by any server, so he went to the bar to get a drink. When I arrived, a server eventually came to our table but didn’t introduce herself or acknowledge that it was our first interaction. She simply asked what I wanted to drink, so I assumed she had already spoken to my husband — but she hadn’t.

We ordered the brie and apple crostini, which was delicious. We then shared a prosciutto and arugula pizza that the server said was one of their best. Unfortunately, the dough was very undercooked and gooey. We didn’t mention it because the server took a long time to come back to the table.

We each had an old fashioned, and my husband tried a wine flight. The server never offered dessert and overall wasn’t very warm or attentive. When we left, we noticed six employees chatting at the bar while the restaurant had only four tables occupied, which made the lack of service feel even more disappointing.

I want to give them a better rating, I've been here before when it was better but our experience was not great. We made a reservation for inside, the hostess walked us into the restaurant and seated us at the table where my chair was literally on top of the servers entry into the kitchen (so all night I had movement and air blowing less than a foot behind me). There were other tables open, in fact, only one table was occupied when we were seated. Our waitress took about 15min to bring us water, then didn't remove extraneous wine glasses and our menus from the (tiny) table, so we had to flag who I believe was the manager down to take those items away. The food took an exceptionally long time to come out, as did the drinks we ordered. It just was a genuinely disappointing experience from a place that, in the past, was wonderful. We couldn't understand how it wasn't busy when we arrived; by the time we left, it made perfect sense.

We had such a fun evening sitting outside and listening to great live music. The food was great and so was the service!
