I want to give them a better rating, I've been here before when it was better but our experience was not great. We made a reservation for inside, the hostess walked us into the restaurant and seated us at the table where my chair was literally on top of the servers entry into the kitchen (so all night I had movement and air blowing less than a foot behind me). There were other tables open, in fact, only one table was occupied when we were seated. Our waitress took about 15min to bring us water, then didn't remove extraneous wine glasses and our menus from the (tiny) table, so we had to flag who I believe was the manager down to take those items away. The food took an exceptionally long time to come out, as did the drinks we ordered. It just was a genuinely disappointing experience from a place that, in the past, was wonderful. We couldn't understand how it wasn't busy when we arrived; by the time we left, it made perfect sense.

Eight11 never disappoints, we have a great time every time we go. The food and wine are great and roasting smores over our fire is an added touch we love. The construction wasn't that big of a deal to get around and find parking.

Great staff, cute place, outdoor is good except it faces their parking lot, maybe they can add a green wall or some sort of buffer to help that, the meatballs were served Luke warm which we let our server know and they didn't charge us for it, we will go back.

Food was good. Service was poor. Server left us sitting for 30 minutes after drinks/appetizer were delivered. After food was delivered server walked past us multiple times without checking in to see if we need anything or wanted another drink. Not even a water refill with empty glass sitting for 1 hr. Not a great experience.

I came in the other day and I had Kendall S as my server and she did an amazing job and was so attentive to our table. The food was delicious, I will definitely be back!!

It’s a cute little spot, and the food was good! I do wish there were more gluten free options. I thought they used to have salmon for the salads, but I didn’t see it this time. My friend is pescatarian and was a bit disappointed. The service was pretty good, though. I’d probably go back, maybe more for drinks next time.
