Came to this location for the first time and will never return, out of almost everything (I did come an hour before they closed so it’s somewhat understandable.) missing items on the sandwich and had a ball of bacon in the middle of my sandwich instead of spread out evenly. Spent $20 on two sandwiches not on the original bagels and missing ingredients

WORSE STORE!! If I could give it zero. Skinny older man with glasses rushing guest (was rushing my daughter when she was asking a question, and she had never even been here before), and getting EVERY order wrong. Placing the customer's bagel on the glass countertop, SO that he can retrieve their order with no napkin, then it turns out to be the wrong one, so he puts it back in the glass container and hands her the correct one.

EVERYTIME I go to this Einsteins, and only this location, they NEVER have their crap together. If they’re not out of product, they’ll get your order wrong. Ordered a Cinnamon Sugar Bagel and they gave me a Jalapeno Chedder… how? The company as a whole is great, this location is trash!

Went to Einstein Bagels after a very long time. Still decent bagels and soft. Got half dozen with garden veggie smear. Green Chille Bagel was tasty. However, it would be great if they incorporated the green chille inside the bagel dough instead of placing green chille directly on top of the bagel as the bottom half misses out on having green chille. I recommend they do the same thing with their jalepeno cheese bagel. I know it can be done as I have gone to another bagel shop and they incorporated into the bagel. Since this is franchise, I guess they might not have a choice as they probably have to follow some guidelines.

This place is a great spot for a quick, no-frills breakfast. The bagels are fresh and served with a variety of toppings, and the coffee is solid—perfect for getting your day started. While the menu is simple, the real highlight here is the staff. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and quick with service. It’s a nice, reliable spot if you’re craving a bagel and a good cup of coffee. Would definitely recommend for a casual morning pick-me-up!
Literally walked in at 2:05 they close at 3.. sat and waited for 5 minutes before someone came out to take my order. She comes out and starts mopping. No hello I'll be with you in a minute nope. She was on her cell phone casually talking to someone. She looks at me and shouts to the back. 5 min later another worker comes out. Says nothing starts cleaning. Okay. Finally a worker comes out and no apologies nothing just takes my order. I find this unacceptable. I can see maybe if I walked in at 250 and maybe I would have felt bad. But no your open hours are till 3. Those hours you take care of your customers not your closing duties.

I absolutely loved the service! Every time I placed my order, I was treated to a wonderfully fresh spinach bagel, which truly highlights the dedication that makes each experience a delight. My only suggestion? I’d love to see them be a bit more generous with the spinach! It would make those delightful bagels even more enjoyable!

Einstein bagels, located at Preston rd,Prosper is good . Enjoyed my bagels and they have varieties of it! I was not bagels fan, but after visiting Einstein Bagels become a Big Fan of their healthy bagels options. Good customer service..a kind suggestions..pl do wish all your customers first ,with BIG SMILE pl😀😊🫶🤝🙌🙏Everyone knows it's a franchise business! The owners spend thousands of dollars to open up these business..so, add smile to service, which will brighten up business as well😇IMO though..train the employees..Smiling & greetings are free & easy !!
