We have visited this Einstein Brothers location several times and as others have mentioned, given them several passes. We ordered online and showed up to pick up our order and they did not have the bagels we wanted for our sandwiches. We requested a refund and were told that there was no way to process the transaction and receive our money back. We asked if we could get a gift card for the amount of the order and they refused. This is unacceptable customer service and hospitality, and we won’t be frequenting this location again.

The Einstein app was majorly glitching today so the restaurant did not receive my order. The employee at the drive thru (who is always very kind and helpful) did their best searching for my order and tried to help me. It was busy in there today so I felt bad and didn’t want to cause an issue. After they couldn’t find my order, I showed them the receipt on my phone and they very quickly helped me get my order. Thank you for the great service!

For about 10 years they warmed their bagels instead of toasting them. Then for the past year they actually used their toaster oven to toast them. Today they back to slightly warming them. When you order it toasted, it should be toasted.

wow so since this is a private franchise the manager just says and does what he wants. I wanted to cancel our order online placed 1 min before because mistakenly picked wrong location .. 12 items. and he said it was already made and cant cancel. i explained how impossible that is or that food is not fresh and i would want a new order since wont be there gor 20 mins like order said. he hung up!! now what. smh.

The food here is pretty good but the customer service is terrible every time. I feel like I’m bothering them when I come in.. no greeting or please or thank you ever. I just feel like that’s the bare minimum for a place this expensive.

A very nice young men take us the order nice and quick, when we go to the cashier the cashier/manager was yelling to hime in a very rude way in front of costumers, not even let him to talk, I didn't know why, this was happening but is very disappointed that a young man working in Sundays is being treated like that embarrassing him in front of the costumers, it was so irrespecutful , for him and the costumers, maybe the manager needs some training about treating his employees and respecting his costumers, I was so uncomfortable experience for a family sunday.

Subpar customer service and rude staff. The Worker taking your order does not have very good customer service skills..Other locations are much nicer to visit..
