We were the only 2 in the restaurant, and every single table was dirty. Not most... Every single one. So we sat at a dirty table. The classic cold brew came with cream in it? I thought that was odd, but they were kind about making it again though, since we didnt know. We ordered at one computer and then were walked 10ft down to another to pay. Fine, but weird. The center of the pizza bagel was legitimately cold, though. They had already fixed our coffee and we were already sitting at a dirty table so at that point, I felt it was just time to leave rather than ask for more.

this place smelled amazing fresh bagels and coffee, which instantly put me in a good mood. The staff was welcoming and patient, and they took the time to make sure my order was right weven with people behind me.
The bagel I ordered came out warm, soft on the inside, and perfectly toasted on the outside. You can taste the freshness and the spread was flavorful and balanced, and the coffee was surprisingly smooth and better than I expected from a quick breakfast spot. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, with a relaxed morning vibe that made it easy to sit and enjoy the meal instead of eating on the go.
Overall, it was one of those simple but genuinely satisfying breakfast stops. Great service, fresh food, and a bright atmosphere that starts your day off right. I’d definitely come back.

This was my first time visiting this location today. In walked in and walked right out within minutes. It was better to drive another 15mins the opposite direction to the location on wind haven for my order than to try and argue with the cashier who told me that my order, a turkey bacon avocado on regional bagel, was not on the menu and that I have to read their list. Needless to say this location will not be getting my business.

I am honestly pretty disappointment. Went there 10/12 at 11am and got a turkey sandwhich and asked for extra turkey. All the workers were making fun of me and talking about me like I wasn’t standing right there. The manager or whoever it was like “do they not know that’s gonna be 12 slices, that’s a lot of turkey” and then proceeds to laugh. No sir I don’t know how much they is on a slice i don’t work there. The fact that they were all laughing at me and i was literally right there is truly upsetting. i really just wanted to walk out of embarrassment but I already paid. Glad i didn’t leave a tip.

The food was good but the man we ordered from was very rude. He snapped at me and rushed me when I was trying to clarify the order options, and when I misheard him when he told me to pay at a different register, he yelled at me. I was shaking for 5 minutes after, extremely stressful. He’s the same middle-aged man with glasses that other reviews have mentioned. I’ve see negative reviews about him that go back months but it seems he’s still acting the same. Please put him through additional training on how to act towards customers. I always try to be kind and polite toward employees and it’s unfortunate that it isn’t being reciprocated.

Great, fresh bagels, especially the power protein bagel, the best. Great service. The owner goes around and checks on the customers. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I will give them an extra bonus star when they bring back the Caribou coffee 😁.
