manager is absolutely rude, i asked for my sandwich without tomato because i am allergic and when i called them, he said that “why couldn’t i just pick them out” and if i came back then and he would “pick them out for me” . absolutely horrible customer service

This place has become complete overpriced trash. The breakfast sandwiches are a joke. You literally can walk 2 doors over to First Watch and pay nearly the same price but get real food, high quality.

i come to this location pretty often because it's close to my classes, their service and food used to be good, never really had a problem, which is why i kept coming back. however, im not sure if there's been a change in staff recently or what but service has gotten a lot worse, drive thru people have gotten somewhat rude, and today i went and asked for two eggs in my bacon avocado tomato egg white and they only gave me one, it's the second time in a row this has happened. not a big deal if i wasn't charged for it, but last week the egg in the sandwich was hard and stale around the edges and today, i ordered orange juice and it tasted like it was expiring... it was slightly carbonated with a very sour/bitter aftertaste. there was a weird red sticker on it that said Wednesday and "123" not sure if they were trying to get rid of some old stock, but i stopped drinking the juice after i started feeling weird in my stomach. might have to find a different lunch place :c

Eating here most every day and tables are dirty 90%of the time and getting worse. Spoke with owner and he could have cared less and blamed finding help is difficult. Angelica and son Tony are diligent, pleasant hard workers. I invite the owner to speak with me. It is easy to fix. I am tired of cleaning my chosen table.
The food was not fresh and the manger or owner refused to make sit wherever I want and he forces me to chose a table that I do not like even though the whole place was empty. Very rude. I will not come back

Service is fast and friendly. I ordered 3 items and they came out within 5 minutes. Iced Caramel Macchiato is a little sweet but still good. My go to is the Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel toasted with Jalapeño cream cheese. Would recommend trying it!

Terrible food, the service is so rude, they almost yelled at me for no reason, would definitely recommend legacy Bagel's instead of this place. They are delicious and I love them. So nice, so tasty. Would definitely go to legacy instead of Einstein.
