Terrible. I come here all the time and don’t even get what I paid for and just get a plain bagel that would cost $8 less. When I tell them they do not even care or make it right. Even worse they just laugh in your face extremely poor customer service. Basically they just taking money not a good way to keep loyal customers. Won’t be revisiting and would advise others to do the same.

Great location! love that they have DINE-IN, specialty drinks, and bagels are actually made FRESH at this location unlike the to-go only ones.

Not good quality salmon bagel wasn't toasted as I asked fie. 9.00 fir soggy bagel crappt salmon and lots of onion n tomatoes. It wasn't good!! I won't be back to this location.

I wanted a nice breakfast by myself. The bagel was really good. But the employees ruined the dining experience. As a paying customer I shouldn’t have to listen to the worker watching a movie on her phone . She had the volume very loud. I’m assuming she was on break. The other workers were not friendly. No one smiled. They acted like I was an inconvenience. Considering they were slow I feel the dining room should have been clean. I was wrong, as every table was dirty with crumbs. The coffee was lukewarm warm. I don’t care how good the bagel was. I’ll take my business to an establishment that appreciates their customers.

Beautiful experience with a lovely baker that comes early in the morning to bake these goods. I had the privilege to meet with her and she’s so nice and gave me a free bagel!

Horrible customer service , but what did i expect it’s a franchise. im 100% sure they’re giving out the day before bagels , it was so hard and stale . despite , i had trouble communicating to place an order from the lack of understanding or language barrier , asked the women in the line if my sesame bagel could please be toasted and all she did was look at me and pointed at the older man at the register. please go to other einsteins , franchise are ruining it , spend your money on a corporate one like the one across the street . never again will i come back.

Even there were no customers other than me, they didn’t prepare my order like I asked for. I wanted my bagels toasted and spread cream cheese inside. They neither toasted my bagels, nor spread cream cheese inside. They even didn’t put a knife in my to go bag. I don’t know how they were thinking I would be spreading cream cheese on my bagels without a knife. I’m a long time Einstein customer, this was the first time I went to this location. And it will be my last. This franchise is ruining the national brand’s name.
