I went through the drive-thru and they were so rude and didn’t return my credit card and now I have no way of getting a hold of them because no one answers the phone. Terrible!
ordered 4 bagels toasted and magically one of them is completely burnt. when I went back the bagel was replaced but the staff is unwilling to be apologetic for their mistake. Instead the staff member says we have to double toast when customers ask for it which I never did. so now its my fault, I guess it is for coming to this place. Never again.
Love this place, the owners are always there working as well! Very friendly staff that knows our names!! Best Vanilla Hazelnut coffee too!!❤️😍⭐️
