Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen is my new favorite brunch spot in town. Their French press coffee is perfection, the fresh squeezed juice reminds me of European cafes, the quiche and salads are always fresh, the smoked salmon tartine, and cannoli crepes I haven’t tasted anything in Frisco that tops them… and they’ll even whip up a charcuterie board when you’re in a pinch.
