This restaurant is located in the lobby of the Sheraton Stonebriar Hotel where I stay often. It is INSANELY overpriced. Breakfast is around $20 unless you are a Marriott Elite member. In the evening the drinks while adequately made will bankrupt you. 2 alcoholic beverages were $80 bucks. Not high end alcohol either. It was a spicy margarita and an old fashioned.

Walk out the front doors of the hotel and walk the 20 feet to Edoko. It’s better and half the price

Asked for a margarita. The bartender was cutting some limes but nodded
She just kept cutting the lemons. No effort on her part to start my order. I was the only person there. Since it didn't seem she was going to do it, I asked for a glass of wine instead. Manager walked to the back and then they began talking while I waited. No margarita, no wine. Start walking away but lady told me she was free now and could give me some wine. Very miniscule wine serving but I just wanted to leave at the point. Bill comes to me and it is EIGHTEEN DOLLARS!

$20 for a Ketel One martini? Really? A 1.75 liter bottle is $40 at most. Glass is small. Fair price is $14 based on a larger glass. Get your Martinis at the restaurants around here instead.

Absolutely horrible experience! Do not stay here! We stayed the weekend for my daughter's special needs cheer competition - and left our iPad in the room, under the pillow on the bed. I remembered it after we were an hour down the road, checked the location of the iPad on my phone, and it was still showing there at the hotel. There was NO QUESTION that I left it there, I specifically remember not grabbing it and I knew exactly where I left it. I didn’t call the hotel to tell them we misplaced it or we lost it. I called to tell them we left it there and I knew exactly where it was. I spoke with 'Corey' at the front desk, who said yes, they found one, but housekeeping was gone for the day, and when they came back the next day he would speak with them and arrange a shipping label be printed out, to ship it back to us, as we live in OKC. The next day I didn't get a phone call so I finally called at 3:30 pm and spoke with 'Robert', who transferred me to 'Sabrina' the asst. General Manager - who is incredibly rude, condescending, with zero empathy or any sort of personality - and she told me they NEVER found anything in my room!! This is a $649 iPad that was just purchased at Christmas, four months ago. I was practically begging for her to do the right thing, and pleading with her to speak to the housekeeper that cleaned our room, because that's who ABSOLUTELY found the iPad! But 'Sabrina' just kept talking over me stating, "I have completed my investigation, and nothing was found", over and over. Which is IMPOSSIBLE. They are liars and thieves. It's actually pathetic and so upsetting. I have filed a formal complaint with the corporate headquarters and made a police report. There was NO QUESTION where I left the iPad. It still showed it was there an hour after we left! Then someone turned it off and it hasn't shown a location since then. Awful Awful Awful service and zero professionalism!!!!! Please, Sheraton, do better! STOP hiring thieves!

We had an awful breakfast experience here. When we first arrived, the server waved us to another direction and told us the FREE coffee was in another area, that this was for breakfast customers only. ?The server was rude and did not care.We had to go ask for our own menu and had to go up to the bar to get her attention to even place an order. The food wasn’t prepared properly and didn’t taste good at all, she even laughed as she sat my plate down and said “Sorry, guess you get Avocado toast with everything on the side.”Way overpriced for the quality and experience.Would not recommend.

Dreadful experience. The Emerson is actually a Sheraton hotel lobby bar, located in full view of the hotel entrance door and the reception/registration desk. When we mentioned our OpenTable reservation, the bartender (the only person in the bar) said he'd never heard of OpenTable. What a miserable way to celebrate a birthday! We will NEVER go back. OpenTable needs to accurately describe this place for what it is.
