Me and my friends went there after the spa during my 50th birthday weekend and Wail the GM took very good care of us! The food was tasty per usual and hearty! I’ve always enjoyed the food from Fadi’s but this was my first time eating at the Frisco location. I highly recommend it for Mediterranean cuisine! Mmmm sooo yummy!

This place used to be good but it became a shame on the name “fadi’s”, totally unorganized, salad ams drips are tasteless , meat is dry and hard to chew , the service is slowww and workers lack hygiene. The menu is confusing so I feel I was overcharged
Total disappointment

Our first time in, the staff was so helpful in deciding what to get. We got the Fadi’s chicken, beef and lamb gyro, lentils, rice, cucumber salad, pasta salad. Everything was warm, flavorful and tasted like legit home cooked meals. They also had fresh baked pita bread and chips.
The portions were super generous, we ate our fill and had to take the rest to go. The owner was so kind and very passionate about the food. Overall a very friendly atmosphere, delicious mediterranean food. Highly recommend the Fadi’s chicken!

My wife and I were in Frisco this past week for a conference and ate dinner here one evening. We love Mediterranean food of all types and decided to try this restaurant. The food was very good, the service fast, and the staff very friendly. Enjoyed our first experience with this chain.

‼️NO HALAL FOOD‼️
GM is very rude when asked about the Halal food.
Mediterranean Restaurant serving Food which is not Halal!!
I’ve been recently speaking to a person who works at Fadis and in a conversation I got to know that the meat is sourced from Walmart which isn’t Halal.

Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience service or food related. The GM Wail treated us with the best service I’ve had in awhile. Great conversation and gave us sauces/sodas free of charge. Not sure what these other reviews are on about but Fadis has been a staple for me going on for years. Please give it a try when you are in the area.

I used to come here often but recently this place has gone down hill. Priced also increased and you get less food for the same price. Won’t be coming here anymore..👎🏻

Honestly, more than a 4 but less than 5 stars. The food was all really quite good. Had the chicken in marinara and my wife had the baked chicken. Huge portions of sides. We got too many as we wanted to try a bunch of their offerings. The spinach hummus was the surprise. Really tasty. Italian green beans, diced tomatoes, the Greek salad and the regular hummus were all excellent. It is a cafeteria line serving style. The staff were fantastic and lovely. Took the time to explain all our options and each of the sides. Easy to manage. Finished with walnut baklava and hazelnut chocolate. It was the only two options today. Both were moist and sweet with a crisp outer layer. I preferred the more traditional walnut but either would be nice with a coffee. The place was very busy as we sat there. About 1PM on a very rainy Saturday and 3/4 of the place was full. It was a little expensive but that was partially our fault for getting all the extra sides. If we lived here and could sample sides 1 or 2 at a time, it would be more affordable. Lastly, good bread. Went back for more.

Today, February 13th, we had a memorial lunch at Fadi's (my Mom loved this place). GM Wail was extremely helpful, very accommodating, compassionate, he went far and beyond for us. He treated us like a family. Fadi's has always been our first choice as a family when we decide where to eat out. Some of the people who had lunch with us today never ate at Fadi's before and were pleasantly surprised how delicious the food was. My favorites are eggplant, cauliflower, rice and chicken. Big variety of salads, veggies and meats. Portions are huge. I usually eat half and take the rest home for lunch next day. Highly recommend this place.

Food is usually fresh. Freshly baked pita bread is amazing. Hummus is really good. Owner is friendly. Silverware is old and should be replaced. Place is usually clean. Restrooms are sometimes not so clean.

Definitely family owned atmosphere very friendly customer service by Wail and the whole restaurant staff . Wail even brought fresh bread to our table . It was a great experience trying new food and left with plenty of leftovers. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
