We had Fadi's cater a reunion at our home for 150 people. The manager, Wail, personally took the order and made sure we had enough food for the event and made helpful suggestions about the menu. The food was delivered on time and was delicious. Wail did the delivery and was more than gracious and helpful with setup and making sure we were happy with everything. I had Fadi's cater for my event and not only was the food delicious, the customer service was outstanding!! The General Manager, Wail, made sure my order was ready and delivered on time. He also did a courtesy call the next day to confirm everything was okay and my guests enjoyed the food! All my guests were inquiring where I ordered the food from and I know some plan to use Fadi's for their future events. Go try it out yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Had one of those days where I was having "one of those days"! I stopped into Fadis (Frisco) for a quick bite, thinking I must just be hungry. Mercy! I'm glad that I did. Wail, the General Manager of Fadis Frisco is AMAZING! From the very moment that I stepped into the door I witness his impeccable service to guest. He made time to come over to ensure all was well and I now leave there satisfied, obvious from the delicious food but also by a gentleman who loves his job and ensures the customer experience is memorable.

WOW Absolutely blown away! The food was Fresh, Hot and delicious, but honestly I was more blown away with the Customer Service. Me and my friend visited tonight and we were greeted at door. After ordering we met Wail the GM, who without a doubt made the experience for us. Talk about paying attention to detail, the man is great. We are going back to see you Wail!!!

With change of management their customer service has dropped significantly. I am afraid their quality is not the same. Interestingly they now refuse to give pita bread as part of meals and charge for simple bread. Soon they will charge for water and utensils. I welcome management to reach out to me for detailed feedback so that they can maintain their reputation. Ryan

I’ve enjoyed going to this place for The past 12 years, however they put this young guy with the beard who will give you kid portions compare to what it used to be. One whole cabbage will cost 2.99 at the store which will make 40 portions out of it. Fix it owner He’s got attitude.

I made a mistake with a catering order and only ordered enough for two people. When an actuality I needed enough for 15. I showed up early to confirm my order was completed and was made aware that I only placed a small order and although the restaurant was not yet open the manager at the time quickly informed the kitchen staff that we would need enough food for 15 and cared enough about me and the group that I was feeding too quickly make enough that would feed the party that I was Entertaining. In the past have been a part of the restaurant industry, and know what great leadership looks like. Thank you Zach

This a terrific place to eat. Fadi's serves a wide variety vegetables, salads, chicken, beef and lamb. They also have a variety of flavors of hummus and my personal favorite--baba ganoush (roasted eggplant dip). My daughter chose the chicken that was simmered in a Mediterranean sauce, and she loved it! My husband and son really enjoyed the beef kabobs! They also have tabouli and couscous (cooked grains with vegetables). I'm a vegetarian, so I love going to Fadi's, because there are many vegetarian options!! I have to eat their cauliflower every time because it is sooooo good! The staff are very nice and helpful. This restaurant is nice and clean and smells like Heaven!! Try this restaurant out, you will be so glad that you did! PS--Did I mention that they have desserts? Their baklava is amazing!!
