This is the second time I've shop in this store and was not given a refund. The first time I returned some essential oil. I informed the sales person I an allergic reaction to it, and I didn't have a receipt. I was given an email to contact the vendor to process a refund. Today I returned detox pads that the sales person advised I could take because it wouldn't take medication I take on a regular bases out of my body. I woke up the next morning in so much pain I couldn't walk. Today I returned it for a refund only to be informed by the sales lady and a male she called to come next to her as though I did something wrong that a refund could not be given. She replied, by reading from the receipt they do not give refund only store credit. I reply that's a bit late I've already made the purchase she push the product, and receipt toward me. I told her I couldn't use it and if that's how they do business I will not be back to purchase anything else from their store. As I walked toward the door the male stand next to her proceeded to walk across my path like they always try to do to a Black woman because they have no respect for us, as I left the store. Racist service.
