First time ordering last night via Uber eats never again! £48 and all we got out of the order was 2 burgers. Everything else missing. This was a treat for my Son's birthday as we couldn't go out as my husband had foot surgery in February and can't drive and been on sick pay since. I rang the restaurant straight away and a lady named Abby offered to redo the full meals if we picked up but couldn't as hubby can't drive for a while longer she said we will fully refund the entire order but Uber eats only gave me 50% back. So that left us hungry and no money left to order elsewhere! Rang restaurant again today to be told it's nothing to do with us we can't help

Had 5 Guys delivery last night for 4 people, 2 milkshakes failed to turn up and the bacon in burger was cremated and not edible, my first use of 5 guys, will probably be the last, I will certainly warn friends and family to think twice.

The burger patties on all our burgers were extremely dry and overcooked. It tasted like they had been cooked off previously and heated up on the flat top. Our order was also wrong. Never coming here again.

Best five guys location I ever been to. I got here 15 mins before closing time and was greeted by Rafael and two of his co workers which i unfortunately forgot the name of as if it were 2pm.
Got my food order and cooked super quick and they even still let us dine! This will be the only location I go to when I go to 5 guys from now on.
