I would probably only go back here for the pancakes, but even then I'm not sure. The souffle pancakes were definitely good, but be aware that there is no free water at this place (you have to buy their $2 bottled water or go to the matcha place next door for free water) and the wait times can get absurd when it's busy hours. I wouldn't get the brunch because it's $15 for essentially 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, some tater tots which were probably frozen, and a small salad. I don't really think that's worth it, but hey, to each their own!

We got the email promotion on free signature drinks with purchase of brunch or pancake, but we were told we could only order brunch for this promotion. The signature drink is just not my thing. We order chicken waffle, pancake with chicken and salmon benny. They all tasted good with nice presentation, but the waffle and pancake were not at the standard I would expected in the place like this. Not worth the price.

The server was very nice! Everything’s made from scratch to order. One of the best pancakes I’ve ever had!

Very mid experience all the way around. The pancakes were definitely fluffy, but they were a little raw in the middle. They tasted fine. I think the price is very inflated, but that's everything in Frisco. Atmosphere nothing special, neither was the service. I wouldn't go back there. But glad I finally tried fluffy pancake.

Great desserts, friendly people, but understaffed. Crew is working hard. The fluffy pancakes took a long time. Everyone else had already finished their desserts. But, the Tiramisu Pancake was worth the wait according to my son! I had the chocolate cheesecake, which was quick and excellent

I visited the Frisco location today for the pancake/brunch offer that was supposed to include a free drink. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem to know about the promotion—first I was told it wasn’t available, then later that it would only start tomorrow.

The pancakes themselves weren’t great either. They lacked flavor and fluffiness, and overall felt underwhelming. On top of that, the atmosphere made things worse: there was constant drilling noise during my visit, which made it unpleasant to sit and eat. I also noticed there was no restroom available for customers and no water station, which are basic necessities you’d expect in a dine-in experience.

Between the unclear promotion, mediocre food, and uncomfortable environment, this visit fell short of expectations. I hope management addresses these issues because the location has potential, but right now it really needs improvement.

The soufflé pancakes here are unreal. I had the tiramisu one and the pancake sandwich — both were fluffy, light, and delicious. The tater tots were perfectly crispy and seasoned, and the service was fast and super friendly. Already planning my next visit!

Very bad before they followed a protocol, today they make the pancakes, before they have them, there they are all ugly, they heat them up in the microwave and they give them to you, and then people no longer wear gloves, I touch it, see why I asked them to give them fresh and I do not use gloves, and so I grab all the ingredients and swim, cleaning tables and not cleaning their hands when they ate everything, it was in order today, a disaster. I would have liked to talk to the boss.

I went here the night of Friday 10/25, around 8pm, to try out the soufflé pancakes. I got the Creme Brulet soufflé pancake, along with a Lavender Fruit Tea.

This was probably one of my Top 5 favorite meals of all time, and I've got a high bar for that statement. A soufflé pancake should be considered a hybrid between a marshmallow and a pancake, so if that's your jam, then you'll love it here. The presentation was picture-perfect, the taste was far better than I could've asked for, and so on.

Service was also excellent. I sat there for an hour or two waiting for my sister to finish up an appointment nearby; they were totally fine with that, especially since it was slow (late hours).

To boot, the parking situation's pretty good. This location is on the side of the building it occupies, so you get your pick of nearby spaces.

I'll definitely be back.
