Finally, customer service does still exist! I went into my favorite freebirds and ordered my favorite nachos to discover, when I got back to work, the chips were super stale. I drove back and was immediately recognized. My nachos were remade very promptly, several apologies were made, and I even received extra queso and a brownie for my trouble. I wish I would have paid attention to the employee's name, because she was absolutely fanatic! Thank you for making my day better....

50 bucks for two burritos and queso go sit down at a restaurant... But burritos arnt bad dude just loaded my monster one w mostly rice and beans ran out of prime rib and charged me for two meats cus i wanted some steak in it since the prime rib was so low... I prob shouldnt have tipped but o well

Superb service! Super friendly and helpful. My burrito was stuffed, and good. Not great, but good. I recommend adding the queso for that finishing touch which made it way better. My wife liked hers just fine.
