Fun Pizza Kitchen

I took my four year old to go eat pizza. We ended up staying 5 minutes and then left after our waitress told us they only serve soda and beer. No kid friendly drinks like apple juice or lemonade.

It's good I visited on my birthday. And staff is very friendly.

Ordered Chiken Tikka Pizza, pasta and chicken wings (10 count). Pizza was good and Pasta was loaded with so much of cheese.My kids didn’t like it. I was really disappointed with their chicken wings. As I ordered 10 of them, they placed the bland and old chicken wings at the bottom of the box and the fresh ones on top. Please check your order properly before you take out.

Poor Customer Service

I had a very bad experience at Fun Pizza Kitchen today. Their manager, Akhil, was extremely rude. The pizza was delayed well beyond the committed time, and one of the employees, Bhavani, kindly offered an ice cream for my kids to make up for it. This was a thoughtful gesture and exactly the kind of service you expect when mistakes happen.

However, when the manager Akhil saw this, he unnecessarily interfered and started lecturing me that the ice cream was “only for kids’ pizza” and not for delays. Instead of handling the situation with maturity and professionalism, he made the whole experience unpleasant.

I have been to many restaurants and stores in Dallas for years and have rarely seen this kind of poor customer handling. With so many hardworking employees like Bhavani trying to do their best, it’s disappointing to see someone in a manager’s position lack basic customer service skills.

I truly hope Fun Pizza Kitchen takes note, trains their managers properly, and focuses on creating happy customers — not saving a scoop of ice cream.

(Frisco) Dear fun pizza kitchen, where do I begin? After dropping a relative off at the airport, I came to this restaurant late at night with my father hungry and tired. We sat down in its comfy leather chairs, it didn’t look like much at the time but we were so wrong. The waiters were friendly, serving us water and helping us out with our order. When the pizza came out, we were immediately entranced by its aroma. It was so so delicious, the flavors were nothing like I had eaten before. The corn was juicy and the paneer was tender. In the weeks that followed, we went there every Saturday and many days in between. The service was always so lovely for us, it became our second home. While the restaurant doesn’t have the most extraordinary furnishings, it has some of the best people you can ask for. When we went to celebrate Diwali there, the server gave us complimentary laddus, cementing the feeling of comfort and homeliness of the restaurant in our minds. As time has gone on, fun pizza kitchen has never failed to make their new recipes any less tasty, whether it be their sandwiches, pizzas,pastas,ect. Whenever we have brought our friends, they all have loved it. Every. Single. Person. At this point you might be wondering if I was paid to write this review. I was not. I truly just love this restaurant. It’s currently 10:30 at night and we still are ordering takeout from here. That’s how good it is. Love you so much fun pizza kitchen. Love you so freaking much 💗🫶🏼🙌

It was an amazing experience. They have hain options and both the Jain chatpatta bread and the Jain veg pizza were amazing. I would go there

Good food, no doubt!

We really like their tandoori pizza and often go there, so we’re regular customers. Recently, after doing some grocery shopping, we stopped by to eat. I asked one of the staff members if they had hand sanitizer, and he told me they didn’t — but I could wash my hands in the restroom.

I went to the ladies’ restroom, and it was absolutely filthy. You could literally see feces in the toilet. I immediately came out and informed the staff member. He went to check — but here’s the concerning part: he was wearing his apron (which he uses while handling food) and didn’t wear gloves when entering the restroom.

That’s a huge red flag when it comes to hygiene. On top of that, they seemed to be short-staffed, so the same person was doing multiple tasks, including handling food. It was very disappointing, especially for a place we usually enjoy.

Food was great and tasty. Those who like Indianised version of Pizza you can get them here in addition to regular ones. Staff was very polite and helpful.
