I used to love Fuzzy’s in West Frisco, and my heart is still with the employees at this location. Unfortunately, my experiences with the current general manager, Ramon (sp?), have made it impossible for me to continue supporting this Fuzzy’s location.
On multiple occasions, he has been observed leaving the restroom without washing his hands and going directly into the kitchen to prepare food. In addition, his treatment of both employees and customers has been consistently unprofessional.
I can’t support an establishment that tolerates this kind of leadership or disregard for basic health standards. I would gladly return if ownership addresses these issues, replaces upper management, and takes steps to restore a safe and respectful environment.

So bummed. Ordered two bowls from here tonight and they were DISGUSTING. The rice wasn’t cooked, it was HARD, the beans were cold, n garlic aioli sauce, no cheese. They were literally inedible and we wasted $20. Get it together this should not happen.

This is a comparison between this store and the one in Desoto.
The Desoto store is way better than this one.
1. chips/salsa - the desoto store give like 30% more, and more seasoning on the chips 2. The desoto store gives utensils and tongs with the family meals. this one didn't give a single utensil, napkins, forks, etc. 3. the lettuce from the family meal at this frisco ... really????? one small cup, same size as the tomatoes ... really? enough for maybe 3 servings.

This Morning- we stood at the checkout for a few minutes and watched employee look at us twice but never move until the chef hit the bell a couple times. Looks like he was having breakfast and a beer. Normally we are greeted with hellos and how you doing!! We even closed your beer fridge for you when walking in. Not impressed with today’s service- and now he’s back in the corner just sitting there. On our Breakfast- delicious she made a great taco!!

Ordered a large family meal and received food in tiny containers. Couldn't even feed enough for 6-8 ppl when it says it feeds 6-8. Portions were very small. Very disappointed.

From “Nope” to “Nice!” — They Really Turned This Place Around
Two years ago, my wife and I walked into this place, got hit with a sewer smell straight to the soul, turned right back around, and wrote it off forever. It was a hard nope from both of us.
But credit where it’s due — we came back a few weeks ago, and WOW… completely different experience.
The smell? Gone. The vibe? Warm and actually welcoming. The service? Attentive, friendly, and miles better than before. The food? Surprisingly solid — way better than what we remembered.
It’s clear they put in real work to fix things: cleaner space, better atmosphere, and a team that actually seems happy to be there. It went from “walk in and immediately walk out” to “sit down, relax, and enjoy lunch.”
I respect a business that listens, improves, and shows it. Huge turnaround — and worth giving another shot.

Do NOT waste your TIME on this franchise location. Low on staff and RESPECT. The manager is extremely RUDE and entitled for what? A taco stand that is DEAD during lunch hour on a Saturday?? Absolutely the worst experience.

The Frisco Fuzzy’s is far the best. The atmosphere is by far the best if you are looking for a good bar with plenty of seating. Gladys “G”makes the best margs.
