Let me start by saying that we've been coming here for years. We were there again last night. Not sure what's going on with you guys. The food quality has gone down.
The service has gone down, for example no one came to our table to change out the cooking plate. Over all we didn't like anything about our food, or the experience. You guys raised the price. I don't mind that I get it. However when I don't enjoy the food or service. Then it becomes a problem.

After years of loving the restaurant we finally stopped going. We thought maybe the Frisco location would be better. It is even worse and I never thought it possible. We stood at the door for 5 minute in empty restaurant. We sit down manager says sorry for long wait we will look after you. Almost 10 minutes later a waitress shows up sells us hard on a premium upgrade. Then disppears with our order. 5 minutes later some meat arrives. 10 minutes later still no drinks no sides. We get up to leave manager says ill fix you up. But no way! I worked in restaraunts for years. These people could not be bussers much less waiters. If you cant provide simple basic service close your doors and only do delivery. A person picking up their togo order heard us complain and said tbey never would come back because the service is nonexistant. Your carrollton manager told us that the people you have hired would never have been hired a few years ago. Maybe you need to improve pay or training to make up for poor quality hires. You sure have no problem upping your prices and shoving premium offerings down our throats. After years of bringing people to try korean bbq I will make sure to let just as many people know steer clear of this trainwreck.

Service was extremely slow, had to ask for the same fried shrimp over 3 times and when it did arrive it was cold and burnt. I had to walk by the kitchen and point out to the waiter that there several orders of it just sitting there until he finally brought it to us. We ended up cancelling our last round of orders because it was taking too long to bring us anything. We still left without getting our final order When we arrived there were only 3 customers including us but still couldn't get service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else.

The side portions are really too small. You need to wait a lot of time to somebody bring more at the time that you finish you fir but the portion run out . The place is nice, but it’s really too expensive and poor. Service I don’t recommend this place is another better places & cheaper prices .

My family and I have dined at this location many times and have enjoyed the food but the service has been hit or miss. Tonight we celebrated my sisters birthday and had a group of 9 without a reservation. They quickly found us a table and made us feel so welcome. Nic was our server and he was FANTASTIC!!!! my husband and I have both worked in the service industry and are very particular when it comes to customer service. I can honestly say that Nic was one of the absolute best servers we have ever had! He was very attentive and kept a good attitude the entire time. Next time we dine here again we will be asking for him!

They don't take reservations and the wait times are long. I probably wouldn't go back. I'm not into paying to cook my own food. I felt the selections were scarece It's a lively place.

The pork was in a clump that didn’t get marinaded all over. The pork belly and steaks were very low grade and the shrimp was just ok. The staff were terrible! Hostess did her job and then it was downhill! Manager and staff all hung around one table and our waiter ignored our table since it was one past the hangout. We waited for drinks and had to wait to order food!

Been here before, this time came in around 3:00pm. The place had some seats, but definitely not in a lunch rush setting, still had to WAIT over 10 minutes and had to call over a server to get a table. The food also came late, not the greatest time. Feel like the restaurant does not care for their customers.
