Third time going to this location , the service we received today was so bad it took everything out of me not to just walk out . After getting seated it took 20 mins for the server to come to the table, he acted like he was slow or in drugs, when we would ask him something he would just act like I’m not speaking English it was very werid . We never got our sides or sauces, but they kept bring the meats out. Meats were terrible, low quality very chewy, gross. It was a 1/10 for me !Long story short I’d never recommend this restaurant and I’ll never be back ! It was trash and I spent $67 ….

If you are into all you can eat, this is an okay place. Not great quality food but can’t expect that at an all you can eat. Friendly staff but when they get busy, they tend to mix up orders. Managers seem to come by often to check in and help out.Parking is horrendous in this shopping center. Avoid weekend nights unless you want to park across the street.Pork belly and spicy bulgogi were my picks of all that I had.

The food quality was exceptional, with a wide variety of meats that were both tender and flavorful. The side dishes were also delicious and complemented the BBQ dishes well.The service was top-notch; the staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They guided us through the cooking process and ensured that we had everything we needed.The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, with modern decor. Great restaurant. Great experience. This really is a good value. Price seems high but you will get all you can eat of everything you want. Service is good and your server will keep the food flowing. Fun place for groups or a date. Be careful cuz the brisket is addictive. The music really sucks but it’s a whole vibe I guess. All in all worth trying, you’ll be happy you did.

I've been to Gen Korean bbq many times before. Tried to make reservations but o could not due to the fact that you can only make reservations if your party is 10+. When my family and I arrived it was not too busy but soon after it was getting busy as it usually is. There was this host named Darrian who was very helpful and got our party in quickly. He made sure to check in on us and make sure we were doing okay. Our waiter was named Arthur. He did the best he could considering it was busy. I would like to give a shout out to Noah. Who continually changed out our grill. He has great customers service. Over all the food was tasty as always. We got everything we ordered some delays on some of the things we needed. I would definitely return just not as often. Too much food you have to go with a great appetite to get your moneys worth.
Always a wonderful dining experience. They never disappoint.
