We visited for the first time at this new location yesterday about 5pm. I had high expectations because the Addison location was always great. It was busy so we decided to sit at the bar. I feel we spent a lot of time and energy trying to get the bartenders attention. We understand it was busy, but you can bartend and be attentive to paying customers. The food was OK. Our first visit to the Plano location was truly spectacular. The restaurant features a beautiful layout with a warm, cozy atmosphere and an impressive full bar that adds to the elegant ambiance.

We ordered several of our favorite dishes that we usually enjoy at other Gloria’s locations, and they did not disappoint. The steak was cooked perfectly to the requested temperature and was beautifully presented.

Gloria's is our go-to spot. We love the fusion of high-end Mexican, Salvadoran, and Tex-Mex. It's normally 5 stars across the board. Unfortunately, our experience was less than stellar today as they looked the other way while the family next to us blasted cartoons for their kids on the phone at literally max volume.

Atmosphere is an important dimension of restaurant ratings and is one of the key reasons we choose to spend our money at nice venues....
