Great American Cookies

I had ordered a cookie sheet cake yesterday for a birthday and prepaid. I had an emergency and had to leave, so my oldest daughter picked it up. She had no idea what it was supposed to look like. When she brought it home, it was wrong and the place was closed. The crown was supposed to be purple and where the yellow is on the tiara was supposed to be white to match the 21. I was disappointed. My other daughter and I had specifically told the young lady what we were wanting, and it wasn’t. That wrong cookie cake cost me $40. Not very happy

Please update your hours to when you are actually open and close. Never open till 9 anymore! Have enjoyed trying to get here before 9 from work and always closed 45mins or more early. 3 attempts and I am kind of over it. Glad Crumble is still open!

Ordered online and didn't get what I ordered. It was all sealed off so I assumed it was right. In my order there was supposed to be 6 big bite cookies instead they put 5 mini ones and one regular one. Really? You call this good service??? At least let me know so I can get something else instead or refund partially. Not going to come here again!

Got a cookie cake for my sons bday last weekend. . Never had a great American one usually get toll house but they closed it in stonebriar. .. BEST COOKIE CAKE EVER!! So glad we got it!! It was so soft and moist and tasted good!! Didn’t like the icing taste so much but the cookie!!! Yuum

I got a cookie cake (take it home and decorate kit) and it was really nice! The cookie tasted good and the icing was really easy to use. 😊 I've also gotten decorated cookie cakes from the Willowbend location in the past and they were great!
