Absolutely freaking yes, I recommend this place. I never tried but always have been curious about hot pot. I was explains to my my nail technician and she recommended this place. Glad it I listened. What made this experience perfect was our waiter, of course now I don't remember his name, When (sp). Ugh, don't come after me for not remembering. He was patient in explaining the process and suggesting things based on our flavor preferences. This place was hoping. I will be back although it is a 1.5 hour drive. Fun experience, great staff, and great food.

Amazing food. We love it here and come all the time. The soup base is amazing. We especially love the sauce bar with the free dessert. They are super kid friendly and even gave my toddler daughter her own special plate of food with a toy. They make a McDonald's happy meal look sad. Thank you Dylan for the outstanding service.

Had a delightful meal at HaiDiLao. My server, Wen Han, provided a friendly and attentive service, the tom yum broth had a rich flavour, though the menu was a bit more expensive compared to other options. The thoughtful hotel-like bathroom amenities were also impressive.

this place was INCREDIBLE! went for my birthday and everything was insanely good. the service was probably the Best service i've ever gotten at a restaurant! they had live performers which made it so fun to watch while we ate. the food was so tasty and portions were really good for the prices. we had a good amount of leftovers afterwards, and our server was kind enough to pack up all of the food for us AND even made us some of her special recipe sauces to take home. i will absolutely be returning and recommending this place to all of our friends!

My two boys 16 & 13 stopped in to celebrate my birthday on 4/12/24. My daughter and son-in-law made special arrangements with my son to take me out on their dime for my birthday. They live in another state and could not join us. I made reservations online at 6:00pm for 9:30pm. Our server was Christian. He was out standing. The restaurant was very busy but he still made an intentional effort to check on our small table of 3 multiple times throughout our 1.5 hour dining experience. We ordered the tomato base soup, pork bone soup, miso soup, and a bin of plain hot water. I saw a post on instagram that you can use ingredients at the sauce bar ($2.99pp) to create your own broth which we did. We used several ingredients to create a Sukiyaki broth with the hot water bin. It was delicious! I believe they had a late night special because the Angus beef was only $1.99/tray, and the craw fish was $3.99/lb. Beside the broth and (4) angus beef trays we also ordered (2) Shrimp tempura, (2) orange chicken, (2) dumplings, (2) dessert buns, (1) shrimp ball bowl, (2) tea specialty drinks, (1) dancing noodle. Our bill totaled about $109 but of course we left a nice tip on top of that for the excellent service we received. The dancing noodle was so cool! Christian came out with some fresh noodles and pulled and danced around us with it before putting it in the broth to cook. It was so delicious! Our favorite broths were the tomato, pork bone, and sukiyaki. The Miso didn't seem to have enough flavor or it could have been that everything else was full of so much flavor that it tasted a bit bland. In addition to the noodle dance Christian and another server whose name I cannot recall came and did a special dance for my birthday table side. It was so fun to watch. The cherry on top was the face changing dance. I don't know who performed it but he did an amazing job. I still am amazed at how he was changing faces during his performance. From the time we walked in to the time we left with our complimentary cup of ice cream we couldn't stop smiling. Haidilao does it right! The customer service and friendly demeanor of every staff member we encountered was so pleasant. The entertainment was entertaining. The food was fresh and delish! My boys each rated it a 5 star experience. We would highly recommend that you stop in if you are searching for a place to enjoy your food while having a great time. We can't wait to come back again

We absolutely love HaiDiLao! It is probably consistently the best hot pot place around DFW. From the amazing customer service, to the incredible sauce bar, snacks, & menu item options - everything is a 10/10. Shout out to our waiter Christian tonight! He was awesome - attentive, friendly & even introduced us to a special combination of sauces to try with our food! They have fun performances to watch such as the noodle guy, and birthday celebration dances by groups of staff happening almost at all times. Definitely feels like the staff love working here, the vibes are awesome - smiles on everyone's faces. Overall a great , happy atmosphere. Makes you want to stay forever & keep eating more! Moving on to the food - I recommend the Sichuan spicy hot soup base. It really is so mouthwatering and addicting I could have it everyday. Be careful though, it's pretty spicy!!! But it leaves that amazing Sichuan flavor and numbing aftertaste on your tongue that you just can't resist We love to pair our food with fresh watermelon juice to cool down our taste buds. The fresh orange slices are great with a little bit of salt and pepper sprinkled ontop to finish the meal. They give you aprons, hair ties, moist towelettes, mints, free ice cream, basically everything and anything you need to have the most absolute best dining experience ever!
It's very expensive and the portion size is small. I'm not sure if it's because the food is too spicy or if it's not clean, but after eating dinner last weekend, I've been suffering from diarrhea for three days.

Our family was brand new to Hot Pot and we decided to give it a shot on Easter Sunday. We were an epic fail but the staff way incredibly patient and helpful. My friend recommend we went there and I'm super glad we did. we were warmly greeted upon arrival, and the attentive staff guided us through every detail. The Tom Yum was a really good soup base. You have to try it! The experiences itself was better than what I even expected.
